Description

Sail Away' and let your dreams come true in this spacious studio. Renovated in 2007 it offers a great way to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Silver Reef and Lucayan Beaches. There are new kitchen counter tops and dining area, a new refrigerator, stove, water cooler, microwave, dishes, and flatware. New AC. Also new brilliant Caribbean fabrics. The unit was repainted in 2007 and a picturesque nautical border was installed. I have also added a 12 foot valance over the sliding glass doors along with lovely panels which lead to the tiled balcony. A new commode was installed in the bathroom. There is a new CD/stereo system with MP3 capability and a new DVD player for the TV. I added new patio furniture so you can enjoy the expansive ocean views and catch a lovely sunset at the end of your perfect day. Many classic nautical murals and prints were also added with new lighthouse lamps and a new dresser. I mirrored one wall to reflect the beautiful ocean. There is Free Broadband Internet.

Honeymoon

My new wife and I spent our honeymoon in this unit and couldn\'t have been happier. The renter, Michael, worked with us and prepared us for our arrival. We were really pleased with just how easy it was to check in and get right up to the room so we could get right to our vacation! The pool area and bar & grill were a wonderful amenity where we were able to hang out during the day and even into the evening. The place was clean and comfortable. We had a great time in the Bahamas; had it not been for the wonderful place to stay, our time down there would not have been as good

25th wedding anniversary!

My husband and I stayed in Michael\'s condo after a 5 day cruise, we needed some down time and got it! the condo was perfect for us and was equipped with everything we needed for a great beach vacation including beach chairs which came in very handy, the staff was very friendly and helpful. the food at the pool bar was very good, we meet some really nice people and fell in love with the beach, haven\'t been this relaxed in a long time. cant wait to go back! thanks for a great 25 wedding anniversary!!

Everything & then some!

We highly recommend this condo rental & all arrangements with the prompt, professional, informative owner. Everything was as advertised or better. We came home relaxed having spent a delightful week without an overspent budget! We walked and used jitneys the 1st 3 days & then rented a car for the last 3. They picked us up & we left the car at the airport- very easy. We walked to Lucaya Mktplace our first AM where we enjoyed coffee & eggs benedict. We then took a jitney to stock up on food. There is a delicious juice- mango/peach/pineapple- that we bought there to go with our elsewhere purchased rum. Later in the day we went with friends to a fabulous restaurant, where not only is the food is delicious, but they feed sharks at 7,8,9 PM. The sharks know it & begin to swim in in the 6\'s! We found Bahamian rum at a liquour store near the grocery store. When we stocked up later with 4 bottles to take back with us, there was a 10% discount. Remember, liquor must go in checked baggage on a plane, so leave room! We thoroughly enjoyed the Wed Night Smith\'s Point Fish Fry. In addition to our delicious meals there, we brought home a conch salad for our picnic at Lucaya Natl Park/Gold Rock Beach the following Day. In our car, we drove to West End, where we had the BEST fried shrimp & fish EVER at a local restaurant. We also drove to McCleans Town on the East end, because we wanted to see as much of the island as possible. Everywhere in Freeport we found the service to be fabulous. Often the gratuity is included in the bill, so look and/or ask. So, yes, ENJOY your visit to Coral Beach. If you enjoy it as much as we did, you\'ll have a fabulous stay! perfect vacation

I can highly recommand this place for many reasons. - First I could see that the studio is exactly like the pictures promise. Everything is according to the description and in the evening I enjoyed a beautiful sunset from the balcony. The studio is located on one of the best beaches and not to far away from Lucaya Marcetplace with shopps and bars and places to eat. I think this place is perfect for people looking for a quiet vacation with the possibility to stay in the resort and relax or do something. - There is also a lot to do on the Island. The informationfolders are in the lobby and also in the studio with offers for nature tours, boattrips, snorkeling and more. I rented a car because I like to be independent and to get around whenever and wherever I like. Also the communication with the owner was easy, he answers all questions immediatly.

Escape from reality - July 2010

My husband and I stayed in 2603 for a week in July. We were more than happy to visit Grand Bahama Island and stay in the Coral Beach Condos during the \"off-season\" because right in the middle of summer, it was the most laid back vacation atmosphere. The condo was nicely furnished and suited our needs of sleeping/bathing/cooking just perfectly. Although the condo complex is older, our unit was fairly up to date with DVD player, wireless internet, cable, and a stereo. Before we arrived we had already planned on eating in quite a bit, which meant a trip to the grocery store.... asked a taxi driver about grocery store, and he took us to City Market (old winn dixie) DON\"T go there. Go to Sawyer\'s Fresh Market or Thompson\'s Market. Either way, we cooked at the condo quite a bit, which saves on some $ since eating out is expensive. The best eating out we did was at the Coral Beach Bar & Grill right on the premises!!!!! Try the Crack\' Conch--- delicious! We brought our own snorkels and spent most of our time in the water either at Coral Beach, Gold Rock Beach (Lucaya National Park) or at Paradise Cove. So much fun, and very affordable when you bring your own gear ($3 per person). For transportation, don\'t rely on the bus. We literally sat on the side of the road for 45 mins waiting for a bus/jitney, but it is cheap transportation for $1.25 ea. Taxis are expensive. $22 from Airport to Coral Beach. We ended up renting a scooter from the parking lot in Port Lucaya - not the yellow scooter rentals! ( they are 2 stroke, slow, and quite hideous) My husband drove me everywhere on the scooter and it was a great way to see the island. Overall, we had an excellent stay at the Coral Beach Condos and will be returning as soon as possible!
