The beaches, the weather and the easy lifestyle which encompasses the island makes it perfect for a relaxing holiday. Do you want to rent a holiday home on Bonaire? Great, because you?ve come to the right place.?
 
Villa Caribbean Dream is located at the exclusive Bona Bista Estate, centrally located on the island of Bonaire with only a 5 minute drive to the centre Kralendijk.
 
According to local use, Caribbean Dream is build 'on the wind', which results in a pleasant natural breeze through the open mahony shutter doors & windows during day & night.
 
The villa is 2260 ft?, has a master bedroom with a private bathroom & toilet and has two other 2p bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The property also has an extra toilet, big living area with open kitchen and the super spacious covered porch.
 
After a long and exciting day of diving or snorkling, it is possible to clean your diving gear near the outdoor shower on the porch. When the gear is hanging to dry there is plenty of time to relax on the porch area before you light de barbeque and prepare for your outdoor dinner.
 
With a 8127 ft? ground floor, the villa has a nicely landscaped garden with multiple terraces to sit and relax. The villa also has a 215 ft? roof terrace with a beautiful 360? panorama view over the 'kunuku' on the hills and the coastline with an occasional cruiseship on the horizon. Its highly recommendable to enjoy the beautiful Bonerian sunrise/-set from the villa's roof terrace!
 
The garden is connected to the adjoining 86111 ft? pool area of the villa. The area consists of a 538 ft? pool, filled with crisp refreshing water. The pool area has a nice landscaped garden and is shared by three other villa's. While it rarely happens, it may be possible that you meet residents from one of the other three neighbouring villa's.

Additional Rate details

Payment: After booking we ask for a down payment of 20%. The invoice for the remaining amount must be transferred eight weeks before departure.
 
The following prices apply in low season (1 March to 1 July and 1 September to 1 December):
 
For two people: € 826, - per week € 59 per person per night
For three people: € 966, - per week € 46.00 per person per night
For four people: € 1064, - per week € 38 per person per night
For five people: € 1190, - per week € 34, - per person per night
For six people: € 1344, - per week € 32, - per person per night 
 
The following prices apply in the high season (1 December to 1 March and 1 July to 1 September):
 
For two people: € 924, - per week € 66 per person per night
For three people: € 1071, - per week € 51, - per person per night
For four people: € 1176, - per week € 42, - per person per night
With five people: € 1295, - per week € 37, - per person per night
For six people: € 1470, - per week € 35.00 per person per night
 
For a possible seventh or eighth person, the same prices apply as indicated by six persons.
Children up to two years old stay free in Caribbean Dream Bonaire.
 
The rental prices do not include:
One-time service costs: € 95.00 (this includes the initial & final cleaning and transport from & to the airport)
Tourist tax € 5.50 PPPN, from 13 years
Deposit: € 250.00
 
Late check-out: 
The standard time of check-out on the day of departure is at 12:00. However, it is possible to use the accommodation for a half day up to a maximum of 20:00. This option is only possible after consultation and when the holiday villa is not rented on the day of check-out. If this option has been made known to us in advance, it will be processed on the invoice. If during the holidays it is decided to use the late checkout, the amount will be settled with the deposit.
 
Breakfast first morning: 
You can also choose breakfast on the first morning after arrival. Because of the time difference and the sometimes late arrival of the flight you will notice that you wake up early. It is nice that our breakfast service will bring a fresh breakfast around 8 o'clock clock. 
Coffee, tea & (ice) water is standard in the villa. A wonderful start of the first morning.
 
Linen: 
Per person, one set of (bath) towels, consisting of four large and one small towel, and one set of bedding consisting of one duvet, pillowcase and fitted sheet are counted. Several sets possible on request: € 5.00 per set of towels, € 6.50 per one set of sheets for one person and € 7.50 per set of sheets for two people (will be settled with the deposit). There is a washing machine when there is a need to turn a laundry.

Caribbean Dream Bonaire

What a beautiful place to stay !


We, my girlfriend and I & my parents stayed our holiday on Bonaire in Villa Caribbean Dream. And a dream it was. A 6 p accommodation with the 4 of us felt very luxurious. First of all it was clean & need, which is very important to me(us). It\'s a rather new build villa & cozy decorated with obviously a personal touch of the owners. Inside the villa is very spacious, with shutter doors which you can fully open to enjoy the very large porch. The place where we spend our time the most, because there were several relax spots, like 2 relax chairs (in the wind) a 8p dinner table, a hammock & the eye catcher a double loungebed with mosq. net. The surround tropical garden gave a very spacious & relaxed feeling. Lying under the palmtrree, it\'s the Caribbean Dream feeling. Do not forget the swimming pool for a fresh dive when the sun was getting too hot. We thank the owners & also the property manager Dianne. A very friendly lady who was there for us if we needed her. She was always reachable. We sure will come back & recommend this villa to everyone who want to have a sun holiday in a very relaxed & luxurious accomodation.

Truly is a Caribbean Dream


My wife and I spent two weeks at Caribbean Dream and loved it. Although there were on two of us they could easily accommodate more. The pool was just right. They have a very complete kitchen if you like to cook. It is a very nice neighborhood we never had to worry about our things. Brenda and Rob answered all of our questions and helped us find a rental car. Diane was available 24/7 if we needed her. Overall you won\'t go wrong renting here.
