Description

Located in a prime area or Panama City Beach, at a short walk from the new and exciting Pier Park, the Tidewater Beach Resort is the newest, most exclusive resort on the Emerald Coast. Our building has more amenities than any other resort in Panama City Beach.
 
The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. The bunk room has doors and is equipped with twin beds. It also has its own bathroom. The living room has an additional queen size sleeping sofa. The designer decided the decoration for the rooms while we picked the TV’s: 42” flat HDTV in the living room and 26” of same top brand in each bedroom. Each TV has also a DVD player.
 
The view of the sugar white beaches and emerald green water from our terrace on the 18th floor is breathtaking when watching sunsets in the comfort of the patio furniture.
 
We have bought and decorated this condo for our family and hope that you will find yourself at home there as well! The location is excellent!! Only A few walk minutes away from Pier Park which is growing to be the place where everybody will want to go whether for shopping, watching movies at the mega theater, dining at the many restaurants, sitting at the one of the sidewalk cafés or simply taking a stroll on the alleys of the adjacent park. My sister and I stayed at the Home Away From Home condo in Florida at Tidewater Beach Resort. The condo was very nice, beautiful, and clean! The beach was so gorgeous and everyone at the resort was very nice and helpful. We will be visiting this place again for sure. Thanks for everything!

Amazing All Around


We were searching for a condo for Spring Break that was fun, semi quite, and very clean. Pia not only met our expectations but exceed them. I was the first one to enter the condo and immediately fell in love. It was clean, beautiful, and ready to go all we had to do was slap on our wrist bands and go. Pia was so nice for taking a chance on us Spring Breakers and we hope that we did not disappoint because neither did they. The bar by the pool was great we were just a quick cab ride from the craziness. We became good friends with the security staff as well as the tiki bar staff. Everything was amazing. Thank you Pia for making our spring break a memorable one.

Wonderful View & Vacation


Fantastic time at this 18th floor condo with wonderful weather and beach as well... saw dolphins, shark, sea turtle, sting rays and fish. Spacious condo with comfortable beds and roomy bathrooms set-up nicely also with kitchen pots & pans, baking dishes, etc... It was located in close proximity to the elevators and that was great since my lady was on crutches. The work out facilities & amenities were great and the Condo is also in easy walking distance to Pier Park and popular restaurants. Living room throw rug and bar stools need replacing due to use over time but, fabulous place to stay overall. Pia and Christian were wonderful to work with along with their local contact Kelly and we will definitely rent from them again when we go back to PCB. Thanks again for a super fantastic time!

Million dollar view


Great condo on the 18th floor. We had excellent weather to enjoy the free beach chairs and umbrella. Condo is in easy walking distance to Pier Park and other great restaurants. Renting from this owner is always pleasant and everything always goes perfectly. Thanks for another perfect week at PCB. We hope to rent again in the Fall.

Great Vacation


Great Vacation at Panama City Beach. We really enjoyed our vacation!! Pia was so great to work with. The Condo was roomy and we really enjoyed each sleeping area having its own bathroom. The damage deposit was refunded quickly. It was located in close proximity to the elevators and that was great. I definitely will rent from the Popsecue\'s again. I have no complaints. Great view\'s of the dolphins and stingrays from the balcony, also.
