I loved it.


I loved the property and Pepe was a great host. The location was perfect and the beach was excellent. The house had everything you needed. I informed Pepe that the first thing I would do was drink a Medalla. When I arrived in the residence he had some waiting for me. The chocolate cake that he provided was great. I would encourage anyone that if your looking for a great location, this one is it. Just don\'t park under the coconut tree as coconuts could fall on your vehicle.

We LOVED this Villa, complex and Pepe!


My husband and I stayed here with his sister and her two young children. This villa truly felt like a home away from home. It has all the amenities of home you would need and Pepe made us feel so welcome! He had an amazing chocolate torte and Sangria waiting for us when we got there after a late flight, it was perfect. The complex is location is perfect and so clean! We will be staying here again!

Our new winter home


We stayed here in Feb of 2017 and had a wonderful time. Talking to the owner “DON PEPE” was an enjoyable experience because he saw to all the important details. He showed us how everything worked and went the extra mile in making sure we were comfortable. After explaining the operations of everything he took the time to drive around the area to show us where all the important spots were for instance the grocery store, pharmacy, pool, beach, restaurants etc. The accommodations were sparkling clean and stocked with fresh sheets and towels. The air conditioners worked great and took only minutes to cool off the whole place. New appliances were well appreciated especially the ice maker. He stocked the fridge with a great bakery chocolate cake and a large container of sangria made with fresh fruit. We also slept late the day of our flight and had to leave fast and left some of our things there. He saw to it to make sure everything was returned. We will be back! Mucho Gracias Don Pepe.

Good family place


We spent two weeks at this property and found in to be comfortable for our needs. The place was clean and well stocked with items to make it like being at our own home. There were plenty of beach items to use and our host was very helpful with getting us set up and providing details about the area. We had stayed in Laquillo before and love the area. The Kiosks are great (Monkey threads for souvenirs, Edelweiss was good and Revolution Pizza was AWESOME). We also loved the Brass Cactus down the road! If you stay here you are close to El Yungue and many activities in Fajardo like the Bio bay tour and boat/snorkel trips. Driving is unique but if you just remember to be a defensive driver you will do well. The only small knock on the location was that we weren\'t right on the beach but we were close enough (a couple blocks) that it wasn\'t a big issue. All in all it was a great family place to spend the holidays.
