Rates are based on 2 guests. Additional guests (max 6) charged at £15 ($20) per person per night. Discounts are available for 14 nights or more - please ask. 25% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance payable one month before arrival.
Christmas and New Year rates are from £350 ($485) per night and minimum of 7 nights.
There is a one time cleaning fee of £75 ($104) per booking

It was spectacular- perfect in every way. Intimacy to the beach was the best.


We highly recommend it. The house was perfect- fit our family Christmas just right! We enjoyed the beach, sounds of the waves and the kids played in the shallow surf every chance they could. Would come back again and again.

Truely Paradise


My husband and I have been staying at this beautiful home for the past several years, sometimes twice a year and each time we love it even more!!! I recommend it to anyone!!! It is truly one the most beautiful locations in any island!! The house inside is completed renovated and beautifully decorated! A true paradise!!

Beautiful Beach House


Great home on a stunning beach with warm water, endless blue sky, sandbars, and reefs with incredible snorkeling. The house has a great outdoor area in the back with lots of comfortable seating, a nice grill, and amazing view. Andrew the caretaker is a very nice guy who can and will get anything done for you that you might need. Highly recommended.

Five-star accommodations


We were pleasantly surprised to see the house looked exactly like the videos . The house was very clean and the amenities are plentiful . Andrew the caretaker was there when we needed him and provided us with a lot of information about the island . The beach was beautiful but you do need water shoes ,but a few feet down the beach the sand was nice and smooth . The Wednesday fish fry is something we do not want to miss music, food, and dancing . Over all this was one of our best vacations . I would definitely recommend this property to people who love the beach .

Perfection


We have been to Freeport before and knew what we were looking for. Twice we had stayed at resorts and this was our third home away rental. We knew we wanted a house on the beach away from the resorts. We wanted peace and quiet and a place where our three kids could run around outside and play all day. Andrew met us at the airport and as we drove to the house we were getting excited, the house was close to everything yet secluded enough away from the masses. As we walked in the house it hit us, we had finally found the perfect vacation spot. The view from any room out to the beach is perfect and the porch is fabulous. We spent as much time as we could on the porch and ate almost all of our home cooked meals there. The feeling we had from day one walking into that house never left us and before we even left the island we were emailing the Cecil’s to rebook for next year. Andrew is wonderful and is full of knowledge and connections. The house and kitchen had everything I could think of needing. If you had to you could walk to restaurants on the beach but your far enough away that people are not crowding your beach front. The sand bar just down from the house was the perfect place for our kids to play football and then grab a bite to eat. 265 days and counting until we are back in paradise!
