Located near Disney, this modern 1400 square foot bungalow holds all the amenities that you would expect to have a wonderful relaxing vacation. This three bedroom villa features a master bedroom with a King sized bed that has a sliding door out to the outdoor kidney shaped pool, which has a full patio set and barbecue. In addition, the second bedroom has a Queen sized bed and the last bedroom has two single beds. This open concept bungalow has a large living spaces, complete with a pull out sofa bed, Hi-speed Internet and Wireless broadband connection for your Laptop, Sound system, VCR, DVD, DVR and 2 Flat HDMI TVs (a 50” led and 40” SONY  lcd ) with America's Top 250+  Satellite channels. The kitchen includes a fridge, Stove (Oven), Microwave, Dishwasher, Cooking ware and Eating utensils. In addition there is Washer and Dryer. This Villa is extremely clean and well maintained by a local property management. Bed sheets and towels are provided and pool being cleaned each week. Also there are City garbage pickups on Tuesday and Friday morning. Located within 5 minutes walk Or Drive from the Villa you will find Bus stop, Gas stations, supermarkets, wide variety of restaurants, fast food places, hotels and many stores including shopping malls. The Pool is heated by 4 Solar Panels (4x12ft.long) all year long and Heat Cover / Pool Blanket is provided to hold the heat of the pool during the winter at no extra cost. Auxiliary Electric Pool heat is also available to keep the water temp. above 80 deg. Farenheit during cold or cloudy Winter days. This cost extra $25/day or $150/week. Terms & Conditions

BOOKING AND DEPOSIT 
A provisional booking can be made via Email or telephone. This will be held up to 3 working days, or as agreed by the Owner. Unless $100 deposit or full payment is received the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
 
BALANCE OF PAYMENT
This will be payable 8 weeks prior to date of arrival. Bookings that are made within 10 weeks of the arrival are payable in full at the time of the booking.
 
IF YOU CANCEL YOUR BOOKING
If you wish to cancel the whole or part of the booking, after it is confirmed, 
owner must be informed by Email or in writing. A cancellation charges will apply at the time of notification.
More than 8 weeks before arrival - $100 Deposit only.
8 weeks to 6 weeks – 50% of the total rental price
6 weeks to 4 weeks – 75% of the total rental price
4 weeks or less – 100% or total rental price
 
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A $200 Security Deposit is required with the payment balance. This will be refunded once the property has been cleaned and checked for damage or loss of property. The person making the reservation is responsible for any damage as deemed by the property manager, to be over and above normal wear. Minor upsets and breakages are usually regarded as normal wear and tear.
 
In the case of such damage, reasonable cost is assessed to repair the damage or replace the item. This will be deducted from the security deposit before it is returned. Where the deposit is insufficient the person who makes the reservation is responsible for paying any outstanding costs.

Family trip to Disney


My wife and I came to Florida for a family vacation with our two young children. The house was great for us, it had everything that we could need. The location was perfect, close enough to Disney, yet far enough away from the busy tourist hotels. The house was clean and well maintained. The owner and property manager were always just a phone call away for anything we needed. This property was a terrific value for the price. We look forward to returning.

We have stayed at several different rental homes and this is the one we enjoy the most.A garage to keep your vehicle out of the sun on hot days .A very private pool to enjoy on the warm days.Two big screen TV S with satellite for rainy days. Who needs a little cramped hotel room ?
