Full access to the entire home, covered patio, yard, and pool area. The garage may be used however the homeowner does have equipment stored for home maintenance in the garage. No tools or equipment are to be used during the stay.
 
Interaction with guests
I work full time from home a few miles away from the house but do travel frequently. This home is my primary residence but renting for season. My ultimate goal for your stay is to kick back, relax, be comfortable and enjoy your time with family and friends during your time in South Florida.
