7 golfing buddy\'s and myself stayed at your home in May. I cannot say enough about the size and condition of the property. We normally stay in a few condos but decided to stay in one house this trip. It was a great decision. We had plenty of space and the pool was great to relax in after a hard day on the course! Condition of the property was excellent and the one small issue we had on day 1 was attended to immediately. The location was also excellent with just a couple of minutes to a Walmart and within easy reach of all the entertainment that I 92 has to offer and all the courses we were playing. A definite re-visit when we next go to Orlando for golf. Thank you for allowing us the use of your home

I, really enjoyed the stay at this vacation home. It was very spacious and very clean. I and my family had a fantastic time at this vacation home. I would recommend this vacation to family and friends. This house is close to all the theme parks, but however you do have to pay for your parking at the themes parks. Thanks again. I looked forward to vacationing again with you guys.
We arrived as a party of ten and there was more than enough space for us plus more! Very spacious eight bedrooms, grill access, movie theater and a private pool, sure to have a place to relax and for down time! A great location just minutes from Walmart and restaurants. Disney and Legoland wasn\'t to far which made our stay easy! Management is easy to contact and always there when you need them! Overall our stay was exactly what we were looking for, relaxing and exciting! We will definitely be return guests because you can\'t beat great service that this property delivered!
We had a wonderful time, from the beginning check in was fast and simple. The house is very clean, perfect condition everything works. Everything you need is in there, towels, silverware, plates, glasses, coffee machine, coffee cups, cooking utensils. Deposit was returned to me within a week. I would recommend this house to anyone.
We discovered this wonderful 8 bedroom home 6 years ago and just enjoyed our 20th anniversary golf excursion south...none have been better since we moved to this location. Very spacious and clean house, revitalized pool and spa and kitchen equipment. Byron has always been so accommodating to our suggestions and wishes. It is located in a private/gated community, very quiet and close to many wonderful golf courses and attractions. If the need is there for 8 bedrooms...I highly recommend anyone trying out this house! Oh...and the converted garage to movie theater is pretty cool too!!
From arrival to departure we where really impressed with this house it had plenty of space for me and my team i would and will be recommending this house to all my friends if your looking to stay in Kissimmee this place is perfect it has everything plus more my favorite part of the house was the theater room I will be staying here again
A cozy house for a vacation. Close to shopping, theme parks and restaurants.
We booked this house for our family and another friend\'s family, including 6 adults and 4 kids. Not a long stay, but this house is really impressive. It\'s so spacious that we even had extra room left empty. The whole house is clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen appliances seem to be newly updated. It is close to the theme parks and shopping malls. Our kids loved the pool so much that they basically lived there! Besides the pool, there were so many things that they can entertain themselves. Comparing to staying in a resort or hotel, staying in this house was so relaxing, especially for the parents!
We are so lucky to book this house. It is close to everything, theme parks, outlet mall, walmart etc. It satisfies everyone\'s needs...we have 6 seniors, 6 adults and 4 kids. Kids love the pool and hot tub. It is also very relaxing for adults after a full day\'s walking in theme parks :) The house is very clean and I especially like the home movie theatre. It is large enough to accommodate everyone. We have a very relaxing vacation.
