Situated in the prestigious Gated Resort Solana which boasts state of art luxury resort facilities offering 4000 sq ft Clubhouse, Resort sized swimming pool, Spa , Sand volleyball court , Golf Putting green, computer room, Pingpong table and Playground etc. The club house also offers daily activities and Spa Escape Party on every Tuesday night. This club house is the best near Disney area!
 
It is perfectly located 10-15 min drive from the Disney Theme Parks. Restaurants & shops are only 5 minutes drive and there is a supermarket less than 2 miles away.
 
Our privately owned splendid 7 BR/4.5 BA villa was newly furnished in May 2009 with luxury high quality standard and has 3 en-suite facilities (two king suites and one queen), which is great for 2 to 3 families.
 
The villa has spacious 3250 sq ft of living area in addition to an extended pool patio with over-sized heated pool. The game room is the Ultimate! Pool Table, Air Hockey, Nintendo Wii,and play station 2. Not only that we also provide a computer with LCD monitor. you can search internet and check your email from home. There is complementary Wi-Fi through out the house. FREE phone calls to US & Canada.

The villa comfortably accommodates a group up to 16 persons. If a group has more than 16 persons (but no more than 30 persons), the guest can inquiry another 6 bedrooms villa in the SAME resort for additional rent.
 
Our luxury two stories 7 BR villa is in a quiet community but is amazingly only situated 10 minutes drive away from Walt Disney World. Sea World and Universal Islands of Adventure and all the shopping delights of International Drive all are about 20 short minutes Away.
 
Only minutes from the bustle of Highway 192 and I-4. Just 2 miles away, there is a WalMart Super centre for all your shopping bargains. With easy access to Interstate 4 both coasts and Tampa are within 50-90 minutes drive so making easy day trips to Kennedy Space Centre, Daytona Beach or Busch Gardens and the Gulf Coast.
 
All your dining needs are catered for with many restaurants within a few minutes drive.
 
CHILDREN FRIENDLY - One bedroom is designed with Mickey Mouse theme. We furnished the house with a Nintendo Wii (with Wii sports game), a play station 2 (with 5 games) and a game cube. We also provide many kids' books, DVDs, VCRs and toys. We furnished the villa with two portable Baby cribs with high quality bedding, a highchair and two strollers. The swimming pool is fenced for the safety concern of the kids.
 
GOLF - you are close to some the areas best Golf Courses if you are intending a golf vacation.

Good location with plenty of space for three families visiting Disney/Universal Studios for a week.


We enjoyed our stay at the Mediterrean Pearl. It was spacious for our large group of 11 with plenty of areas for sleeping and privacy. We were so busy most days that only a few were able to take advantage of the community pool. Location was good with grocery and restaurants nearby. Easy access to the parks though the drive was a bit more than 15 minutes. It was very nice to have laundry at the house.

Great Home for a Trip to Disney World/Orlando!


Our family stayed in this amazing vacation villa. The home is beautiful just like the photos posted on the website. We thoroughly enjoy all the amenities at both villa and the Solana clubhouse. Both Kids and Adults loved the pool and SPA!

Great Stay!


I can\'t say enough good things about the ease of check in and check out at this property. It was nice to be able to just punch in our door code after all long day of travel and sight seeing and be \'in\' versus having to go to an office to \'check in\' and get the condo keys etc. Also, the owner and property manager were very good at communication and answering my questions.

Perfect place for our group


The villa was the perfect size for our group, and was in nice condition. We especially liked to location in a quiet community away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The owner was prompt, friendly and easy to do business with. I would recommend this property.

What a great vacation! We...


What a great vacation! We expected a nice home, but we did not expect the stunning Mediterranean Pearl. The property was easy to get to. The living space was very clean, spacious, the pool was beautiful, the bedrooms were large and the games room was fantastic. The home was a welcome retreat for thirteen vacationers from Northern Ontario. We had a fabulous time and spent more time in the house than the attractions, as first planned. We cannot express enough gratitude for the extras the owners of this property undoubtedly spent hours pouring over. From the \"Princess\" room, to the computer, wireless internet (the teenagers in our group really enjoyed this!) and the pool, we had a vacation to remember. The resort staff was kind and knowledgeable. A terrific family vacation! We will be back and would recommend this vacation home to anyone planning a retreat to Orlando. Thanks again!

The villa is stunning bea...


The villa is stunning beautiful and has all, more than we expected and much better than the pictures displayed on web. The villa is spacious and every room is very neatly decorated, feel instantly luxury home.Our large families have total 14 people and all are comfortably fitted in. Our kids loved the pool the most. They jumped in it first thing in the morning and later afternoon after coming back from theme parks. Even our 76 year old grandma and grandpa had fun in the pool! Everyone had enjoyed playing Wii sports game in family room. My seven year old son said the best when we were packing to leave. He said: “I don’t want to leave. I want to stay here.” We all had the same feeling and the plan was made to come back next year. This villa is absolutely the best!

The house is perfectly located in a place that Golf Courses are on our doorstep We are four golfing couples from UK. The house was beautiful and fit our needs perfectly. The home was exactly what was described and shown on-line It has everything you could ever need or want on vacation. In our four trips to Orlando in the last 5 years, this one is absolutely the best. Well worth a return visit.

Our big family reunion in Orlando is superior experience at this beautiful and well equipped villa.The moment we arrive, we are extremely impressed by the amenities it provides. Beautiful pool, roomy family room and large TV, excellent game …. The place had everything you need from towels & linens to measuring cups & cutting board.Without traffic, it takes about 10 minutes to drive to Disney. It is also very close to grocery store and a super Wal-Mart. It is a home away from home, a lovely place to relax at the end of a long day at the parks! There was ample room for 8 adults and 8 children. The owner was very honest, helpful and very accessible. She answered all my questions in detail and on time; and made the booking process very easy.This is lovely villa, excellent value and in a peaceful location. We are frequent Disney visitors and have stayed in that area on several occasions, by far this one is the best.
