The Ambassador Villa and Presidential Villa - two exact same size and same floor plan villas, close each other at the same street, can be rent together or separately: spacious 4000 sq/ft each beautifully furnished to executive standard and accommodates 18 people comfortably, which is ideal for large parties and is a popular choice for family re-unions, wedding parties, etc. Each is a superb eight bedroom villa, which is newly decorated, painted and refurnished!
 
The villas have also been refurbished with various new improvements including tiled and hardwood floors, new AC system, new pool heater, stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker and ice water, and new state-of-the-art LCD flat screen televisions.
 
They are situated on the prestigious and peaceful Hampton Lakes development, yes it is only five minutes away from the action packed Highway 192, 10 minutes away from downtown Disney and the attractions, one to two miles from supermarkets, shops and restaurants, and 2 minutes to Golf Course.
 
The villas are tastefully furnished to a very high standard with modern décor. They are fully air conditioned and fitted with all modern appliances. Villas provide high speed wireless internet!

8 BEDROOMS - 3 King + 1 Queen + 8 Twin:
1 king suite, plus 1 double twin beds room (both are at first Floor),
2 king suites, 1 Queen room next to 1 double twin room suite and shared Bath with extra door for queen room;and Jack-Jill rooms each with double twin beds, sharing one bath;

6 walk-in closets.Ceiling fan in each room.8 TVs in the house.The three spacious en-suite master bedrooms have US King-size beds (UK Superking) with telephones, one of which is situated on the ground floor for easy access. The bedroom #4 has US Queen-size bed (UK Kingsize). Bedrooms #5,6,7 and 8 are also beautifully and newly furnished, each has twin beds with easy access to a bathroom. There are two additional full sized roll away single beds. A cot,full size crib,high chair and strollers are provided free of charge.
 
5 BATHROOMS:
All bathrooms are chic, modern and spacious with marble vanity units. The en-suite to master bedroom 1 is exceptionally luxurious with 'His & Hers' vanity units, a large Roman style tub and a huge shower cubicle.
 
Eat-In-KITCHEN AND DINING AREAS:
The modern state-of-the-art Kitchen is fully equipped with granite work surfaces, dishwasher, microwave, cooker.Newly updated stainless refrigerator with ice maker and ice water. A stylish breakfast area (a table with 6 seats) as well as bar table with stools adjoins the kitchen and overlooks the pool. Adjacent to the kitchen is the main dining area which provides a more formal setting (Large dining table with 8 seats for all purposes such as meeting, play and meal).There is a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble drier and ironing facilities.

About the area
There is so much to see and do in Florida that you really are guaranteed an action packed holiday! 1. Theme Parks and Beaches The following attractions are a mere 15 minute drive away: Disney's World Resort comprising; Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center, Animal Kingdom, Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon Water Parks, not forgetting Downtown Disney. Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, and Islands of Adventure are all within a 30 minute drive away. Kennedy Space Center, Daytona Beach on the Atlantic Coast, The Golden Beaches of Clearwater and St. Petersburg on the beautiful Gulf Coast are all approximately 1 hour away. 2. Golf Courses: There are 15 excellent golf courses within a 15 mile radius, the nearest being just 2 minutes away cross street- Highlands Reserve. The vast choice caters for all standards and pockets, and includes highly prestigious Southern Dunes Golf Club, which is ranked in the US Top 100. Don't forget Disney's 99 holes of golf which comprises 5 championship courses and one 9 hole course. 3. Shops and Restaurants: 2 minutes to supermarket and pharmacy. “Amazing vacation in Orlando”


WE liked the place , it was quite and nice area, we use the kitchen , the pool, the bedrooms, laundry and bathrooms. We have enough space for everybody, Watched TV, also we could use the laptops and we had internet We could cook and had all things that we needed, like plates, cups, silver,,, etc. We had a little difficult situation with some mattresses , I think some of them need to be changed. And the housekeeper need to do a better job cleaning the bathrooms and showers.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this home, it was clean and spacious for a large family. It was the perfect location, centered around all the things we wanted to see and do. The management was always prompt in taking care of any problem. Other than the TV\'s needed upgrading and the grill needed to be replaced everything was just wonderful. “Class Reunion”


50 years out of school this group is originally from Vermont, and now living all over the US. We come together in the Kissimmee area to reconnect. This is our 3rd annual mini-reunion in a vacation rental home in Kissimmee. Best work space of any kitchen so far - ideal when cooking all meals for a large group. 3 Kings, 1 Q and 4 Twin bedrooms perfect for us. A king and a twin bedroom downstairs appreciated by those with mobility issues. Very comfortable seating in multiple areas for meals or games or conversation. House is clean, well equipped and quiet. Would definitely rent the same place again and probably will next year for our annual gathering. Much thanks to the owners for making it a home-away-from home.

On arrival we found the home to be very clean and fresh.The owners are very kind and helpful and respond quickly to any questions or issues.This home is perfect for extra large family gatherings,and very reasonably priced for the quality and amount of space that you get.The only reason that I would not give it 5 star perfect rating is because of a few very minor issues like the poolsticks and darts for the electronic dartboard were broken...and also an icemaker would have been very nice..The home is within 10 to 15 minutes of the Walt Disney World entrance,very close to shopping and restaurants,and situated in a nice community.I would definitely rent this home again if I find myself needing space for such a large group the future...I highly recommend this vacation rental property!!

We stayed in the villa May 2010. We found the decor to be of a high standard and it was very clean and tidy. About 20 mins from Disney attractions. The pool was a godsend and the estate itself nice and quiet. We only encountered a minor problem which occured after a storm which was debri falling into the pool, we were able to make a call which the owners also followed up and the pool was cleaned again at no additional cost within 4hrs. Overall we had an excellent experience at the villa and with the owners, I have no hesitation in recommending this villa to others.

“Best way to stay in Orlando”


I booked this home because of the number of bedrooms matched what our family of 12 would need for this dream trip to Orlando. Everything was perfect with the registration and all information was quickly sent and received. All correspondence was good. The house was in a well kept community very close to all disney parks, grocery stores, target and walmarts were close for anything we needed. The house was quite, clean and well air conditioned. All appliances worked well and met our needs. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. Recommended for: Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Our group of 7 Canadian men found this home to be an excellent home to stay in. There are 8 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms. The home is within 20 minutes of a number of superb golf courses. We enjoyed our stay and the only recommendation would be a larger TV with HD.
