This waterfront Detached Residence offers 3 Bedrooms and a Den area with 2 Bathrooms - Sleeps 6 - 9. The property has wiring and plans for a hot tub (not yet installed) / a private dock / and local pool and gym facilities are available (see comments below).
 
This is a newer offering with amenities available as of February, 2017 – Many dates are available. * Assertive Seasonal and Summer Pricing - Multiple week discounts! This Cozy Waterfront getaway is convenient to the beach & nightlife. It is designed to accommodate couples to small groups wishing to enjoy the beach & Florida weather in the privacy of a quiet home setting. Ocean access w/ boating and/or fishing from the private dock. Serene rear wood deck / rear patio, Gazebo & 2nd covered BBQ area and front patio. The property is a few blocks from the YMCA w/ two pools (indoor & outdoor, a full gym, playground and other activities). Cost for facility use (e.g. family $99 mo. $40 week; individual $65 mo.; $25 week; $10 daily).
 
• The home has a Custom Kitchen w/Stainless Appliances including; Gas Stove / Oven, Built in Microwave; Refrigerator; Dishwasher, Disposal and all standard amenities (e.g. Coffee Maker; Blender; Toaster; Utensils, Pans, Dishes, Pantry items, Teapot and more).
 
• The Dining Room has seating for all; 4 -6 at the main table (2nd expandable buffet table can be added if needed)

This is a great getaway location home and offers a positive vacation or business experience to the discerning guests who are looking for something special. Every appointment is made with loving care. Hollywood Beach w/ ample parking is a car ride or bike ride away; also a short ride to the North is another large public beach area (with dog friendly area) & another beachfront aquatic center available for use March – September. Nearby TY park has a Water Park open March – October & the Driftwood Aquatic center is a short ride to the north (open year round to the public - small fee). You can also go a short drive further to the South to the Hollywood beach - Margarita Resort Area with outdoor sound stage and free outdoor bands most every Wednesday - Sunday, and the Clubs at the resort are open to the public and the Downtown Hollywood Clubs and Restaurants are also nearby. Additional Public Beach is at Hollywood boulevard one more mile south by the Hollywood Beach Resort and Ocean-walk Mall area. And do not neglect the great fun available with the Hard Rock Hotel/Casino, the Seminole casino facilities, offering more music & clubs only a short drive to the west and north. Plus, the Mardi Gras, Dania Jai Lai Casino, & Gulfstream Casino complexes all offer additional amenities and are also convenient to this property. The 3 bedroom/2 bath home is perfectly situated to enjoy beach and all area activities. The outdoor BBQ area offers casual relaxing view of the waterfront and the deck is comfortable and relaxing with tropical foliage, gazebo, beach chairs, table & chairs. The BBQ grill area is in the yard in a separate 2nd BBQ gazebo. The dock has a bench for sitting and fishing or just watching the water and fish. Beach Chairs, coolers, Beach towels, etc. are provided… it's a true private paradise. Step outside & you're by the waterfront, - fish, boat or enjoy a drink or meal beside it.
 
Inside you'll find every possible amenity a real home offers. The Large Living / Family Room area overlooks the water paradise. Plenty of room to watch the kids play a game, enjoy a movie or just sitting and chilling with a “Cool Drink”. Need to check your email, or access the Net, the property has wireless throughout and has a private secretarial desk in the large Bedroom. The Den has a bar with stools overlooking the waterway and a Castro convertible couch which serves as both another relaxing area and additional sleeping for two. The large Dining Room Area (was the original Living Room) offers a large beautiful round glass top table for dining or family fun that can accommodate 6. A second Buffet table / desk can be provided if needed (not in property).
 
From DVDs, CDs, DVR cable boxes on all four TV;s, 2 of the TV's are Smart TV’s, Roku streaming stick on a 3rd TV and all TV's are HDMI wired, wifi access with Web Bowsing on the smart TV's, color printer, cards and chips, stereo, washer and dryer in the detached laundry room; to all staples & coffee, & teas, you'll truly only need bring your clothing & stop at the local grocery. Everything else is available here. Small Additional fees may apply for ($140) to cover the cleaning lady & outdoor man per stay (up to 28 days). ($70.00) per stay pet fee (if applicable)(up to 28 days), and a small per stay technology/utility fee of $70)(up to 28 days).

Other Attractions & Activities: As an alternative to the Ft. Lauderdale airport (which is just 15 minutes to the North), the Palm Beach airport is a one hour drive farther north and has discounted fares. Since this Hollywood home is between Ft. Lauderdale and Miami and just 5 - 10 minutes to the Beach- it is truly the best place to be for your South Florida visit. And should you want to explore Miami's South Beach, or dine at the many world famous eateries (e.g. Joe's Stone Crab Restaurant, Emerils and others) the drive is about 25 minutes south on I-95. The beautiful FL Keys is a 1 to 3 hour drive depending how far you'd like to go, but John Pennekamp Park, with its snorkel trips and glass bottom boat trips is in Key Largo and could easily be a nice day trip. Key West is about 3 hours, but can be worth it! If you'd like - combine your South Coast visit with a visit to the Orlando/Disney area (3 to 4 hour trip). No matter your interests, there is always plenty to do or not to do depending on your mood. Most guests end up walking the beach & hanging out by our property or at one of the many night spots (Hard Rock, Downtown Hollywood, Margaritaville Resort area and Hollywood Beach or the quieter Hollywood Beach at Sheridan street and the ocean (our favorite for ocean swimming) Also Hollywood offers a dog friendly Beach just a short drive farther North. The Yellow Green Farmers Market (open Saturdays and Sundays is a short car ride, bike ride or walk to the South (four blocks).
 
Additional Rental Details: Children under 12 years of age are permitted, however, our dock is NOT fenced nor is the home baby or child proofed. Children always require appropriate supervision. All primary guests (excluding children) must be at least 21 years or older and a copy of a driver's license must be included in the reservation deposit.
 
More frequent domestic services can be provided at an additional charge (paid to cleaning person(s) separately) if desired. For stays of 3 - 4 weeks, caretaker comes at minimum weekly to work in yard. The Kitchen offers a Gas Oven Range, Stainless Refrigerator, Stainless Dishwasher, built in microwave and plenty of dishes and utensils. Other sundries (soap, shampoo, etc.) also are provided. If you forget your razor, shaving cream, toothbrush or toothpaste these are also available. If you have your own vessel or rent a boat be advised that the ocean access property has fixed bridges and height restrictions. Smaller Vessels for exploring the canals and going to the Intracoastal and Ocean are welcome. High tide height restrictions vary. Most boats in this area range in size from 20 feet to 32 feet.

Very Nice Property


I recently stayed here for a couple of weeks while in town for business. The property was clean and convenient to I95 so I could get to any of the surrounding areas with little effort. The owner checked in with me on a couple of occasions to make sure that I didn\'t need anything. I felt very welcome and at ease. The setting is peaceful and the home had all the amenities. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice, quiet beautiful home on cul de sac


The home was nice and clean on arrival and the owner was very attentive to the possibility of our needs by supplying water, toothpaste, toothbrushes, soap, shampoo/conditioner, and razors. Very convenient to the interstate. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing and sitting on the deck by the water was a great way to end our day.

This home was absolutely beautiful!


Just checked out today it is in a great location. Quiet neighborhood, excellent scenery. It was it had plenty of room for our guest backyard has a nice canal to watch boats ride past and not to mention it has a grill. Owners were very friendly . Will rent from them again if I come back to Hollywood!
