Plenty of space in this beautiful 2200 Sq. Ft. three bedroom, two bath, stilt home located on 10.5 acres on the St. Martins River. Home is seven miles from Crystal River in beautiful Ozello Keys. Boat dock with fish cleaning station and fully functional tiki bar.
 
Property is beautifully landscaped with numerous palm trees, flowers, and fruit trees. Plenty of parking for vehicles, RV's in the driveway or under the house. Room for boat trailer in the yard.
 
Home is dog friendly to non-aggressive dogs. Located on quiet cul-de-sac.
 
Home is very well maintained with attention to every detail. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cookware, coffee pot, toaster, etc.
 
Master bedroom has king size bed with walk-in closet, and bathroom with walk-in tile shower. Second bedroom has full size bed with bathroom in hallway. Third bedroom has bunk bed with queen bed on bottom and twin on top.
 
Large open floor plan for living/dining room and kitchen. Flat screen television with cable tv and dvd/cd player. Also have library of dvd's and books and a few board games.
 
Downstairs has pool table and Jacuzzi. Kayaks are provided free of charge, there is also a 14 ft. extra wide Jon boat with outboard motor that is available for rent as well at a very reasonable rate.

hen the hospitality will!!! we loved loved loved this place; so much so that we tried to book another day, but alas, were unable due to the arrival of another guest :( every consideration was taken when furnishing the home, i.e.: kayaks for the river, a hot tub (that is sadly just a hot tub, lol ;) ), pool table, pretty much any kitchen utensil you\'d need, gas grill, laundry detergent, wifi (we were able to use our speaker out on the tiki bar, and oh yeah, a tiki bar....on the dock!!!!!! as you can see, they pretty much provide you w/all you might need to make your vacay more comfortable and, if you find yourself for want of anything, william is the most gracious and accommodating host we have ever encountered! thanks william!!!

wonderful Getaway!!


Amazing spacious house! Very accommodating host. Very large Kitchen/great room, with dining table and breakfast bar, large widescreen tv, and audio system which can be piped down to lower outdoor level. Very nice master bedroom/bathroom, 2nd queen bedroom, and a 3rd kids bedroom with bunk bed. There is a full-size refrigerator and small bar with stools on the wrap around deck. Pool table, large hot tub, grille, table, lounge chairs, and more under main structure of stilted house; so plenty of shade if desired. There is a nice private Beach with palm trees just outside the sunset-facing West entrance at the bottom of the steps. 4 available kayaks. We saw dolphins on our very 1st trip on the water!! We even caught fish and blue crabs from the boat dock. There is also fun tiki-style bar on the dock as well, with running water, a refrigerator, and a fish-cleaning station. Bait can be purchased in town across from a very good restaurant/bar, Backwater Fins. Eat amazing bacon wrapped jumbo shrimp, or an awesome burger! Quiet neighborhood with friendly folks all around. We felt very much at home from the moment we arrived. Billy was a great host, offering much knowledge of the area. He even helped make arrangement for us to take a fishing trip from our private dock! We most certainly will be returning soon! Thanks, Billy, for the much-needed relaxing and exciting vacation! See you soon!!

We were greeted by William and given a tour of the home. He had a wonderful welcome basket for us. The home was beautiful and had every amenity! William even helped my husband get our boat to the homes dock! I would stay here again, hands down!

Scallop time!!


My family rented this property for the start of scallop season in the Crystal River area of the Florida peninsula just a few hundred feet from the St. Martin\'s River. You are as close to ocean access as you can be in this area. This is a lovely home, comfortable with a large, well-appointed kitchen, master suite and great room. It lies at the end of a winding road through the wetlands of Citrus County surrounded by natural beauty. The sunsets from the balcony will draw you outside with a cold drink each night. There are several excellent restaurants close by that serve great food with welcoming staffs at very reasonable prices. You can fish or catch blue crabs for dinner right from the dock. If you plan to bring your boat, it must have a shallow draft to reach or depart the property. Kayaks are provided and they are safe and well-maintained. The owner and his family will greet you in person and make you feel welcome from the start. You are sure to enjoy your stay if relaxation and distance from noise and crowds is your style.

Great spot


I\'ve stayed here two years in a row. The house is super clean and the location is great for peace and quiet. There is pretty much every toy imaginable (pool table, hot tub, kayaks) if you don\'t feel like spending every day on the water. The owner keeps the house in great shape. Highly recommend this place
