This beautifully furnished 7 bedroom home is the perfect vacation getaway. Located in the sought after Emerald Island Resort, this home is in a 24 hr guard gated resort community. Amenities in this home include a big screen TV, DVD and VCR. This home also comes with 2 king master suites! The first floor master has a spacious garden tub to fill with bubbles and relax twin sinks and a large walk-in shower. King size bed, dresser, tv/dvd, walk in closet, Next to the bedroom is a laundry room that leads out to the games room complete with a pool table. There is also a play station 2 at this wonderful home.
The extended patio provides plenty of room for your party to relax in and no constant traffic as this villa sits on a cul-de-sac. Private in-ground pool and spa! Large shaded lanai area with fans and an outside shower. Full eat in kitchen with all appliances.

There are two living areas each with comfortable seating, tables , lamps etc and the family room has TV/DVD player. One of the sofas will convert to a double sleeper sofa for those additional guests.
The elegant dining area has table and seating for 8 guests and there is additional table and chairs in the nook area overlooking the pool deck
On the upper level you will find the second king master  suite with TV/DVD, chest of drawers, walk in closet. This room also has its own private bathroom with bath , shower, sink and toilet
Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed, TV, built in closet, tables and lamps
Bedroom 4 has a full size bed TV, built in closet, chest of drawers, table and lamp
Bedrooms 5, 6 and 7 have two twin (single) beds each with ample hanging and drawer storage space. Two of the bedrooms are themed: One with Mickey and the second one has a pirate theme, all bedrooms have there own TV
There are 2 further bathrooms to help with the morning rush, each has a bath, shower, sink and toilet.

Emerald Island is a beautiful resort with gorgeous landscaping and wonderful views.

The clubhouse has a concierge area which provides information free of charge to guests staying at the resort. You can keep in touch with friends or family back home in the cyber cafe and the kids can enjoy themselves in the arcade. The clubhouse also features a sparkling community pool and hot tub for guests to enjoy. Alongside the pool is a Tiki bar where you can purchase drinks and food. Cleanse your body with the  steam sauna or raise your heartbeat in the fitness room! Free tennis and basketball.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Baby Cribs and Highchairs: We do offer a limited supply of Baby cribs and high chairs available free of charge. However, they are available on a "first come - first serve" basis. Please request these items at the time of reservation. Security/ Damage Deposit: We offer 2 choices: 1. A Security Deposit Insurance policy for $39.95 (non refundable and can be paid with a major credit card), which covers any accidental damages done to the vacation home for up to $1,500.00. 2. You may pay a refundable $300.00 refundable security/damage deposit (payable per check or money order only). Cleaning Fee Policy: Our vacation homes are cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. Additional cleanings may be requested and will have to be paid directly to the cleaning staff. Any stay of 6 nights or less is subject to a cleaning charge in the amount of $95.00 for a 3 bedroom vacation home, $105.00 for a 4 bedroom vacation home, $115.00 for a 5 bedroom vacation home, $125.00 for the 6 bedroom vacation home and $150.00 for the 7 bedroom vacation home. Rental Guidelines: To confirm a reservation, we require a $ 250.00 down payment for any reservation up to one week. For longer reservations the down payment increases in $250.00 increments. The balance is due one month prior to arrival. Rent payments can be made by VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card, U.S. traveler cheques, US cashiers check, money order or personal check. Personal checks are only accepted if our office receives them at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy: Travel reservations, which cancel up to 3 month before arrival or the time is rebooked (regardless when the reservation was canceled), will receive a full refund of the down payment minus a 10% cancellation fee. Reservations which cancel between 3 months to 1 month before arrival will not receive a refund but keep their down payment on a customer account to be used for a future vacation. Reservations which cancel 1 month prior to arrival or less will forfeit their full payment.
