Welcome to Our Vacation Home in Panama City Beach (PCB), best known for its sugar-white sand beaches and clear, emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Over six million visitors enjoy PCB travel each and every year make PCB, especially Front Beach road, a terrific tourists/pedestrian-friendly area.
 
Palazzo is a 7 year old (built in 2008), luxury, low-density (17 floors, 129 units), and well kept condominium located right on the Beach on the West side of PCB. Therefore, its 220' beach front is far less crowded than most other PCB condos. Staying at Palazzo will make you feel more like home, definitely not just another hotel' s atmosphere.
 
Our well kept unit is located on the Sixth floor, a great spot for you to enjoy a close view of the beach' s activities without sacrificing your peace and privacy. The condo has an open floor plan, 12 ft. ceilings, and tile floor through out. The master room and family area have wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling, tinted glass, sliding doors open to a very large full size balcony to maximize the spectacular view of the beach / ocean. We have learned from countless trips to PCB for years that The Beach and the Ocean Look Different Everyday and amazingly, Their Views have never failed us. Relax in a chair in the balcony with a cup of coffee, you can watch fishes swimming and jumping off the crystal clear emerald water in a quiet early morning, view Sun Set on the beach in a late afternoon, and especially the fantastic view of a Full Moon hang over the Ocean in the middle of a night... You Must Come To See It To Believe It.
 
Palazzo has a great location closed to everything you need.
 
Winn Dixie Super Market (it has 'buy one get one free' deals every week and gives you credits to get discounted gasoline price at the near-by gas station ), CVS Pharmacy, and a Red Box are just haft a block across the street. And if you wanted, a local video store is right around the corner. Or if you are internet active, just bring your lab top to down load your favorite movies via our secured high speed wireless internet access. (We have HD 50 in. flat screen TV (with HDMI, USB) in the spacious Master room and Living area and 32 in. flat screen TV (with HDMI, USB) in the other 2 bedrooms).
 
There are super Target and Walmart stores located at Pier Park, about 1 mile East of Palazzo.
 
Plenty of places to eat are within walking distance.
 
Attractions such as Shell Island, Water Planet, Wonder Works, Rieley' s Believe It or Not, Shipwreck Island, Gulf World Marine Park, Pirate' s Island Adventure Golf, ZooWorld, Race City, Aquatic Adventures, Camp Creek Golf Club, Hombre Golf Club, Serenity Spa, Panama City Beach Winery, Sea Breeze Winery, Saint Andrews State Park ...etc. are just minutes away.
 
Lastly but not least, Palazzo is approximately 1 mile west of 'Pier Park', the best shopping and entertainment destination in the area. It offers Great Restaurants, Bars, Shops, Department Stores,... with a touring train, games, bungee jumping, rock climbing walls,... and 'Miracle Strip', a small Amusement Park where children enjoy rides such as: Carousal, Hot Air Balloons, Airplanes, Red Baron, Scrambler, Ferris Wheel, Sea Dragon, bouncing zone, Butterfly Pavillon, Zip Line, Carnival Games, .... We do our best to make your stay at our Vacation Home in PCB a pleasant experience and have you coming back year after year for your Beach Vacation. We have a large container of beach toys such as buckets, shovels, nets,... and a portable cooler for your family to play, collect seashells, and build castles on the beach. There are flashlights in case you want to walk along the sea shore at night. You might be able to catch some fishes, crabs, hermit crabs, and other small marine livings as treasures from the ocean. We can have you choose your own code for our unit' s keyless entry. No more worry about carrying a key while you are at the beach! We also reserved 2 Beach Chaises and an Umbrella (from March 1th to October 31th) for our guests as a Daily Complimentary Service. Again, no hassle with beach set-up for as long as your length of stay at our condo.

Comfortable and Relaxing


Our stay at Nancy\'s condo was very comfortable and relaxing...plenty of space with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathroom. Well furnished! The balcony with the lounge chairs made for some great lazy watching the beach time. The 2 beach chairs and umbrella that were provided allowed a lot of time sitting on the beach without getting burned. Nancy is so easy to work with...the welcome package was very detailed which made our arrival and stay hassle free.

Best place to stay at Panama City Beach!


Week of May 7, 2017 was our second year girls\' trip at this condo. We had a wonderful time. Nancy, the owner, is so nice and so good to work with. You can\'t beat the views and location. Condo is nicely furnished and convenient to restaurants, Pier Park and shopping. We highly recommend it. We\'ve already made plans to stay there in 2018.

Great location ! Not crowded and close to Pier Park


We had a great time. The location is great and close to everything. We stayed in condo # 607 and the unit was great. The owner (Mrs. Hoang) was very nice and easy to deal with. The 2 beach chairs that came with the rental were a great addition. We liked that you had gated access but the parking is very tight to maneuver in the parking deck. A very big vehicle would have a hard time parking. The water was the best i had seen it in years with no seaweed at all and cristal clear. We will stay here again in the future. It was a great family vacation.

Great Time at the Palazzo!!!!!


We could not have been more pleased with unit #607 at the Palazzo! The condo was extremely clean, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen was very well appointed. There were plenty linens, soaps, coffee filters, etc. provided. The air conditioning was more than adequate to keep us cool. The dishes were really nice and all the appliances were top notch. It is obvious that this condo is taken very good care of! Our two year old granddaughter greatly enjoyed the storage bin full of toys to play in the sand with. The provided beach umbrella and chair were very nice too. The condo is located in a very convenient location, not too far from Pier Park and Thomas Donuts!!!! We had a great time and would love to return again some day.

Fantastic! Condo is roomy, clean and perfect.


We are so glad to have stumbled across Nancy\'s condo. The place is perfect! Views from balcony are amazing. Brought my mom and son, and it was so nice everyone had their own room. Nancy made everything so easy for us and was very helpful in getting us set up. Already planning our next trip back.
