Short walk down the conservancy path to owner’s boat lift for overnight docking at the community pier. Sunset Bay will become your favorite family vacation spot — with the main feature being the walk-in level recreation room with full wet bar and plenty of seating for all your family and friends. Take in a couple of games of pool, darts and challenge others around the electronic video game table!
 
This home easily accommodates your family of 14 … with 4 spacious bedrooms and a loft with additional sleeping for 6 and large carpeted floor space. Family and friends will gather in the open dining room and kitchen with seating around the prep island. Patio doors lead to a lovely deck overlooking the long wooded drive and one of the campfire pits. Follow this elongated deck around the side of the home, where you can enjoy the lake breeze, full deck and brick patio with another built-in campfire pit. Enter into the sun room, which leads to the open great room facing the lake.
 
Come enjoy Castle Rock Lake, with 13,600 acres of water fun! Boating, dining, hiking, horseback riding, fishing, ATV and snowmobiling, canoeing, nature and more! Close to beaches, boat rentals and developed launches. Visit the Necedah Wildlife Refuge, or take a day-trip to the Sparta-Elroy Bicycle Trail, House on the Rocks, or Frank Lloyd Wright Homes. Only 30 minutes to the WI Dells attractions! Relaxation or exhilarating activities — the choice is yours!

Terms & Conditions

•Persons under 21 years of age must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian. RESERVATIONS: Reservations are CONFIRMED upon receipt of the signed rental agreement, guest data sheet, and reservation deposit. The guest named on the rental agreement is the party responsible for the reservation, adhering to our policies, and assuring the property is appropriately maintained during the stay. CANCELLATIONS: Deposits are refundable (less a 10% administration fee of the total base rental) due to cancellations with a minimum 60 day notice prior to arrival. A refund with less than 60 days notice is possible only when that home becomes booked and rented during that same rental period. PROCEDURE: Only when we have received the signed rental agreement and completed Guest Data Sheet is your confirmation complete. Upon receipt of your deposit, the rental agreement (showing amount due upon arrival), directions to the home, an area map, a list of amenities, and your personal lockbox combination is mailed to you. The lockbox allows you immediate key retrieval for the home. Upon your arrival, call us immediately at 888-404-2688 to arrange a time when we can meet you at the home (either early that evening or early the next morning), so we may acquaint you with the area, answer any questions you may have, and to complete the paperwork and final payment. The credit card listed on the Guest Data Sheet must be presented at this time.

Prime season includes 5/25/18 - 9/6/18 with a 4 night min stay.
Value season includes 9/8/17 - 5/24/18 and 9/7/18 – 12/20/18 with a 3 night min stay (25% discount /lowest rates as listed)!
Holiday stays between 12/22/17 - 1/4/18 at prime season rate (3 night min).
Some shorter stays may be accepted with an add'l $200 short-stay fee. Call for availability.

lovely home


We had a lovely time in a lovely home. Our entire family enjoyed it and it fit our needs perfectly. The pool table, electronic darts and Pac Man in the lower level were definitely enjoyed! Lots of fun, beautiful home, great views; a memory making weekend for all of us. Thank you!

Great Stay


We’ve been renting from CK for the past 7 years staying at 6 different houses. Although we enjoyed and felt comfortable at each house, Sunset Bay was our FAVORITE and we plan on staying again next year. The house is in a great location, close to the big lake, is well laid out, accommodates families with 3 levels of living, a fantastic game room and wet bar and has all the necessary accouterments needed for an enjoyable stay. Also, it is close to stores, marina and places to get a cool drink. The end of a fun enjoyable day is sitting at the outside fire-pit, roasting marshmallows, drinking cold beverages and watching the sunset over the lake.

There’s actually room for 14 here, with 3 king beds and sleeping on all 3 levels – with ample room for 6 kids on the loft level. The lower level, with the game table (free, with about 48 games on it), the professional dart board game, pool table, bar (with frig) & big TV was GREAT.. While we expected a TV on the main level, having one in the loft (kids DVDs) and one in the rec room (sports) worked out well. Visit Splash bar/restaurant right across the bay for good casual dining. I’d recommend this place, as it offers great value for the money. The sunsets ARE spectacular as well –
