There is a full sized double garage and driveway parking for 2 further cars, remote controlled garage doors. The front of the house has windows onto veranda with plantation shutters and large cathedral doors opening into the great room with its vaulted ceilings skylights ceiling fans offers spacious open plan living. Well appointed kitchen offering large breakfast bar custom built wood cabinets granite counters and integrated steel appliances, there is also a more formal dining area within the great room. Master bedroom has plantation shutters . Comprises Louis bedroom suite with king size bed and Sealy pillow-top mattress, Polo bed linen. Two walk in closets off master bedroom en-suite bathroom.
We had been looking for a home abroad for some time and chose Siesta Key as it ticked all the boxes, great and reliable climate, very safe and friendly neighbourhood and the house is very well laid out . We intend to spend the long winter months here as we get more time, to get away from the grey cold English winters.We purchased this house in 2007.We bought Goldeneye for its proximity to the beaches and the neighbourhood,it really was a clincher as this is a traditional private family house on a typical American quite road, the house is completely private and gets the sun all day on the deck and pool.One thing we really like about the house is that you can open the front cathedral doors and the french doors to the pool and have the cool breeze coming all the way through the house.
If you are looking for the perfect home for your holiday then you need look no further. I spent two weeks in June in this adorable villa with my husband, daughter and son in law. We will most definitely return and these are the reasons why. We have high expectations.......Very high! and this home filled them all from the exceptional location, high end fixtures and fittings and beautiful furniture, through to the outside, a tranquil oasis of winding old oaks and lush tropical plants complete with a stunning pool and all the facilities you need for a perfect day in the sun or chill out evening. You can tell the moment you open the solid wood double doors and enter the vast open living space that this is a truly loved home which makes a massive distinction from the normal holiday rental, it has so many individual touches that make it utterly relaxing. The air conditioning is the best we have ever experienced and as the other reviewers have said you can walk in unpack your clothes into the huge walk in closets, put on the TV, connect your wireless devices and just RELAX. You have everything you need for the ideal vacation, a choice of 7 bikes in the garage along with laundry facilities so you can go home with a clean suitcase, a Webber gas barbecue for great meals outside and one of the most important things for our family complete privacy so when you are outside you can really feel like you are away from it all and in your own private sanctuary.
The home was awesome! Very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The pool was the perfect temperature and extremely clean and well taken care of. I am a really bad germaphob and this was the first home in all the homes I stayed at that I didn\'t feel the need to clean. The tropical surroundings are just beautiful and it\'s so quiet. The owner is so nice and helpful. I asked so many questions and he didn\'t hesitate to answer them all. We are already planning our trip back to Siesta Key and it will definitely be this home we rent again!!!!!!
We absolutely loved our stay at \" Goldeneye \" house. Everything in the house done with a lot of thought and great taste. It\'s literally 2 minutes from the Siesta Key beach by car or couple of minutes more by bicycle ( kindly provided). We spend a lot of time at the pool, my 8 years old son loved all the pool toys and floats. We ate grilled dinners almost every night. Really looking forward to returning to this beauty in the future.
We shared this beautiful home with our family during the week leading up to our son\'s wedding. The location was perfect. Easy to get to the beach and shopping. We had 6 adults and had plenty of room. The house is very well maintained, spotless and very comfortable. We had beautiful weather and used the pool and deck area every day. My family and I spent two weeks at Goldeneye, during the second half of June. This was our 5th consecutive vacation in Siesta Key. We had always rented properties right on the beach and we were concerned with missing the convenience of a beachside location. However, we wanted to try the comfort and privacy of a house. Goldeneye was a great choice. The public beach is a short 3-min. drive and we had no issues with parking. This is not a typical vacation rental but an upscale house with all the amenities and conveniences of a permanent residence. Our party of five had a wonderful stay. The house is very private and has a large pool to spend the hot summer afternoons, when the beach sun is too strong. There are two master bedrooms, and the main master has two walk-in closets and a huge master bathroom with convenient exit to the pool. The kitchen is large and modern, with all new appliances. Everything was in good working order. The owner was always helpful and responsive. We are certainly planning on coming back.
A very well maintained clean house with plenty of space and all mod cons provided. The screened pool area has new decking and is also very clean and well maintained. A great location near Sarasota with the beach less than a 5 min drive or a short cycle as bikes are also provided.The owner is very pleasant, easy to deal with and attentive to any requests. We have had two very relaxing vacations here and will return. Highly recommended.
We are repeat renters at this lovely home in Siesta Key. Each year when we arrive, it\'s like stepping in to our own little resort. The lanai and pool is our favorite place to spend a leisurely afternoon. Even though this house is located in a neighborhood, you cannot see another house as the landscaping provides perfect screening. The kitchen has everything you could want and the living area is comfortable and spacious. The bedrooms have great beds and sleep 5/6 comfortably. The master bathroom is gigantic! The garage contains beach chairs and bikes and it\'s only a 10 minute bike ride to the most beautiful beach in the USA. The owners do a fantastic job of keeping everything updated and clean. We love our home away from home in Siesta Key!
