We represent properties in the captivating Islands of the Upper Keys - Key Largo, Plantation, Tavernier, Islamorada. They are located a little over an hours' drive south, southwest of Miami, Florida. The Keys are known for their casual lifestyle, crystal clear waters, spectacular snorkeling and diving, and as the fishing capital of the world.

Additional Rate details

Rate Details: Rent is $3500 to $4200/month depending on season. Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help with other properties.  Please call the office. 
Additional Charges: $300 departure cleaning fee; $200 processing fee; and 12.5% state and local taxes.    Refundable Security Deposit: $500.  
Utility Caps/Mo:  $75 water and $200 electricity.
Condo Association Requirements:  There is a required application and a fee of $100 per adult (unless a married couple) and $25 per adult child (18 and over). 
Pet Deposits: Pets are accepted at this property on a case by case basis. If your pet is accepted there is an additional security deposit of $200 for one pet and $100 for an additional pet.
 
Optional Insurances: 
Accidental Damage:  $45  covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay.

"Private gated condos with boat parking, pool and tennis court"


This condo was spacious, well maintained and included a host of community amenities. There was a pool, tennis and basketball court. It was centrally located to Key Largo, but far enough off the path to create a quiet and comfortable environment. The neighbors were friendly. There was laundry, fishing and a pool table within the condo. Best of all, there was a boat lift associated with the condo and there was ocean side access to great fishing and diving spots. Andi Saylor and her team at Keys Holiday Rentals were very hospitable and helpful through the process of the rental, local recommendations and checkout.
