We represent properties in the captivating Islands of the Upper Keys - Key Largo, Plantation, Tavernier, Islamorada. They are located a little over an hours' drive south, southwest of Miami, Florida. The Keys are known for their casual lifestyle, crystal clear waters, spectacular snorkeling and diving, and as the fishing capital of the world.

Additional Rate details

Rate Details:  $7,000/month.    Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month.   Additional Charges:  $275 departure cleaning fee; reservation fee 3.9% of base rent; and 12.5% state and local taxes.  Refundable Security Deposit:  $500 with damage insurance or $1,500 without.  Condo Application and Fee: $100. 

 

Optional Insurances

Accidental Damage Insurance: $45 covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay. Travel Insurance: Because the unforeseen and unexpected can occur before you leave or when you're away from home we recommend CSA's Vacation Rental Insurance Plan.  Please review the CSA Marketing Flyer available on our website for more detail. CSA Plan Cost is 7.65% of all non-refundable charges. Unfortunately we are not able to offer either of these insurances to guests who reside in the states of NY or HI. We are not licensed in those states.
