Beautiful big villa in Sitges (30 km Barcelona) at 10 min. walk from beach and 20 to centre town. 7 Big bedrooms with 4 on the main floor , 2 with direct acces to the terrace outside...3 bedrooms on the second floor, main suite with private bathroom.(30m), totally equipped large kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, etc), washing area with dryer, washing machine and extra fridge. 
 
2 Living rooms, several smart TVs, DVD's, 4 different satellites with more then 2000 foreign t.v. channels like German, Dutch, French, Spanish, English,etc.
 
All European sport and  movie channels 
We have NETFLIX too!!
Big terrace second floor with lounge furniture. 3 complete bathrooms  and one separate guest toilet.with shower enclosure. 
 
Nice tropical private garden with big swimming pool and all the garden furniture,one southfacing sunny terrace with garden sofas, seating 16 persons and dining table for 16, A  big side shady  terrace with lounge and chill out furniture. Every bedroom has ceiling fans incase of extreme heat, only sometimes in August!
 
All bedrooms are on the shady side of the house and stay nice and cool even i the summer months
 
Rates includes:cleaning at arrival, gas, water, electricity, swimming pool and garden maintenance, bath and beach towels and bed linen.24h. Internet, BBQ.

My name is Marian i am from The Netherlands
This villa is our pride and joy and normally we rent it out max 4 months of the year.
We bought the villa in 1994 and it is a very special place for me and my 4 children and extended family....
As we do live now in different places we always get together for the christmasholidays..thats why the villa is lovely decorated because the rest of the year me and my children spend as much time there as we can
In the summerperiod i will be in Sitges to check my guests in and out and to be close by incase there is something clients request or incase they have a problem with something in the villa...They can contact me always and i try to solve any issue the same day if neccesary.
I have been with holidayrentals for more then 8 years and so far so good....every year we are trying to improve the villa and that shows....So far all customers have been lovely guests and i hope that 2018 will be the same

First.......why Sitges?
Sitges is one of Spains most exclusive beach resorts with several beautiful beaches, a nude beach, one for gays......a great marina with fantastic restaurants and cocktail bars and the famous pacha nightclub....The original historic centre that has not changed in 80 years or so...an 18 hole golfcourse, the national park at 2 km that spreads out for more then 50 km,,,ideal for mountainbikers, nordic walking, horse riding, jogging etc.........the classy people, Barcelona at 25 minutes by train and the airport at 20 km.........and why my villa?........because it has a beautiful tropical, flat garden ideal for children, huge swimmingpool, lots of sunloungers and space still for children to play.
We have another big terrace in the back of the garden what has sunshine all day, from 6.00.a.m till late evening, ideal for early breakfasts or see the sun go down.
7 very spacious bedrooms and 2 big livingrooms, good for if there are more families.....children can walk to the beach them self or go into the centre...also there is a busstop next to villa who takes you to the centre for 1 euro!!!.....taxi back 7 euro.....fantastic location,quite residential neigbourhood, big supermarket down the corner, great entertainment features, satelite t.v with all sport and movie channels etc.
What makes this Villa unique
4 bedrooms downstairs and 2 direct acces to garden, very good for elderly people so they don't have to climb any stairs.
Most villas more in the hills have always a lot of stairs to climb which you can't see on the photos
always space outside the villa too for parking..good for a big crowd.

50 % entrancefee and 50% of the remaining sum to be paid max. 6 weeks before arrival Cancelation policy, no refund after booking.
 
Damage and Incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Security deposit €750 to be paid on arrival, back on departure  day
Price in July and August is for max. 12 persons!!!
Extra guests will have to pay 40 euro p.p per night.
Max capacity 19 persons!!!
End of stay cleaning Fee €200, to be paid on departure day

Birthday weekend away with friends


The villa was perfect plenty of space to escape from everyone pool and garden amazing we even had an evening where we had a meal cooked for us fabulous the owner Marian was very helpful with all we asked of her this is an awesome villa for families or groups of friends highly recommended thanks for a fabulous holiday

Stunning Villa in great Location


We were a group of 17 who stayed at the villa for 3 days in September. The Villa was massive and there was ample space for 17 adults. Everything was incredibly clean and well maintained but the main appeal of this villa is the stunning terrace, garden and pool area outside! Marian couldn’t have been more helpful and was always on hand to assist where needed. She arranged a catered BBQ at a very reasonable price for all of us on one evening and the food was superb. All in all for a large group or family, you cannot go wrong with this Villa. Thankyou Marian.

Amazing villa for groups of friends


A fantastic villa, built for fun and larger groups of friends. Various well-considered seating areas that are perfect for chilling and dining in (including outdoor speakers and large TVs with Netflix). The kitchen is well equipped and there's an outdoor BBQ which makes cooking for lots of people very easy. The pool area is the highlight of the villa with charming decor, proper loungers and a very comfortable double hammock. Very friendly and reasonable landlady who was both accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. Great location just a ten minute or so walk to the beach or supermarket. Hoping to return!

Multi- generation family holiday


The villa was perfect for a family of 15 - from 8 yrs old to 80 yrs old. Lots of space and plenty of seating, utensils and cooking equipment. The pool and garden are lovely. Some of the villa could do with a bit of maintenance but we understand that back to back bookings don't always make this possible during the season. Miriam was a fantastic host and couldn't have been more helpful.

The perfect pad for a special occasion.


Myself and 15 of my friends recently stayed in Marian's beautiful home to celebrate my friends hen party and we had a perfect weekend! The property, and the garden pool area was just as we had seen in the pictures. And, wow the garden was the absolute highlight of the weekend! The house itself is spacious with 7 bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms (I lost count) with a fully equipped kitchen. We even booked a catering service via Marian's son in law who cooked us all a delicious paella lunch that we enjoyed on the terrace after a day of relaxing by the pool! All for a very reasonable price. Thank you Marian for a wonderful experience. We would be thrilled to stay at your place again!.
