Villa Seascapes is an affordable 4 bedroom/4 bathroom villa located in the gated community of Dawn Beach Estates on St.Maarten. The villa offers breathtaking views of the ocean and the neighboring island of St. Barths in the distance. 
 
The villa’s two-level space, rooms, terrace area and private pool join together in a flowing space and are bordered by lush foliage. The main level offers spacious, open concept living and dining areas which are very elegantly furnished. The living area is spacious, comfortable and offers a flat screen television with Cable TV & DVD/CD player. 
 
The immaculate kitchen is fully equipped with modern state-of-the-art deluxe stainless steel appliances, place settings, silverware and is fully equipped for you to make that gourmet meal. Large sliding glass doors open onto the outdoor terrace area with the private pool with the amazing views and gentle trade winds. By the pool area, there are lounge chairs for you to bask in the Caribbean Sun...
 
Enjoy the outdoor bar area with wine cooler, outdoor dining area and there is a gas BBQ grill for your use.  
 
There are three bedrooms on the main floor of the villa. The master bedroom offers a king bed, spacious closet, personal safe and en-suite bathroom with shower.

The 3rd bedroom is accessed from the terrace/pool area. On the lower level of the villa, with its own entrance, is the 4th bedroom offering partial ocean and garden views. It is a self sufficient one bedroom apartment with a kitchenette, living/dining area to include flat screen Cable TV and private bedroom with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.

Additional tax and service charges include daily maid service (except Sunday), airport pickup, rental car reservations with airport pick up and return or delivery to villa, 24/7 local assistance while on island, welcome gift, arrangements for chef service, restaurant reservations in high season, island concierge services before and during your stay.
