Description

The first feast for the senses is the impeccably lush gardens that line the private drive to the villa.  These gardens encompass the entire estate; are stunningly beautiful, and add to the absolutely private nature of the villa.
 
Enter the villa through large custom iron doors into a sky lit atrium foyer that opens into the spacious, fully air-conditioned open floor plan of the villa.  You're immediately met with breathtaking 180 degree views from St Barts to Anguilla including the entire Orient Bay area.  Sweeping vistas take in Orient Beach, Pinel Island, Tintamare, Gallion Bay, and Green Caye ... stunning!!   
 
The living, dining, and huge kitchen flow seamlessly into one another making this a fabulous entertainment space.  The living room offers a spacious social area for family or friends with plenty of comfortable seating in a modern leather sofa sectional that faces a large flat screen HDTV.  The dining table seats 6 - 8 persons plus there is alfresco  dining under the terrace just through the sliding glass doors of the floor to ceiling glass walls that run the the entire length of the living and dining room space.
 
The very impressive gourmet kitchen is every cooks dream. It features granite counters, stainless steel appliances (commercial gas stove top, 2 ovens, built in microwave and espresso maker!). It also has all the necessary small appliances to indulge every whim, including those oh so delicious blended cocktails... and a fine set of dishes, utensils, etc.
 
 
The villa offers 4 equal master suites, all with king beds and en-suite bathrooms, two of which have indoor and outdoor showers. They are each beautifully decorated with their own color schemes and are all accessed either from the living area, or through private exterior access. Each master suite includes a flat screen TV. All master suites have an en-suite bath and two include tub and shower while two offer just showers. Maid service is included every other day per week (except Sundays & Holidays).
 
Area Information : St Martin Offers More Than 400 Restaurants, A Wide Variety Of Water Sports, Horseback Riding, Sailing, Night Life With Gambling Casinos On The Dutch Side And The Best Duty Free Shopping In The Caribbean. A fantastic week in a fantastic house on the wonderful island of St. Martin.


When we decided that renting a house would be a great way for the 6 of us to enjoy our week in St. Martin, we really lucked out when we found the St Martin Reservation Center. When we described what we were looking for, Ted sent us links to several properties that fit our criteria and we chose Hope Estate. It couldn\'t have been more perfect! It was beautiful, the views were fantastic, it was private, well equipped, with comfortable beds and lots of beautiful space inside and out. We found the location super convenient .. you need a rental car but it\'s a short trip to Orient beach & Grand Case. We hated to leave and would happy to return to stay in this gorgeous house again. Can\'t recommend it enough!

My husband and I love St. Martin and have rented villas there many times. We have always rented in the Terres Basses area but this year decided to give Orient Bay a try. This villa looked and sounded great on the website so we took a chance. Wow! It was just as beautiful in person. They spared nothing on the furnishings and appointments. The pool was huge! We would highly recommend this villa. It is so convenient to Grand Case, and to our favorite beach (Palm Beach). Do your grocery shopping on the Dutch side to save a lot of money!! The BBQ grill was nice to have and it was in great shape. The gourmet kitchen was impressive although we had a problem with the refrigerator. That being said, Raoul from the management company was attentive to our needs. Maid service was every other day which was OK but some would probably prefer daily. All in all, a real winner!

The amentites were 5 star!!


We stayed for a week in St. Martin at Hope Estate, also know as Monte Verde. It is in a gated community by orient beach. This place is amazing!! I have stayed in Villas in St. Thomas and Aruba they did not compare to Monte Verde. The place has (4) Master Beadrooms/Bathrooms and 4 outdoor showers. Each Bedroom had an oceanview. The amentites were 5 star!! I can\'t say enough good things about this place. The 180 degree view and the infitiny pool were amazing. I can not even give a recommendation on how it could be better the place is perfect. Mr. Flemming the Property manager was very attentive to all our needs and questions, housekeeping was wonderful. I guess you can tell that I really liked the place. I wish I was not back home in the cold weather of Minnesota. Oh well there is always next year. You will not be dissapointed if you rent this place. It was so great I am going to recommend it on all the travel sites.

I can report back to renters that are considering this rental that they can do so with ease. The house manager was very easy to work with and the home is one of the nicest I have ever seen in 17 yrs visiting St. Martin.
