Description

The villa is set on two levels. The upper level is the main part of the villa offering 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. There are four independent equal master bedrooms each with wonderful views, en-suite bathroom and Queen size bed. There is an additional bedroom next to the living area that offers 2 sets of bunk beds (sleeps four) with wonderful views and an en-suite bathroom. 

Bedroom 6 – Ocean View - The guest bedroom is located in the lower level of the villa, accessed by stairs going down from the terrace/pool area and offers a queen bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, flat screen cable TV and closet.  The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom equipped with shower, double bowl sinks and modern cabinets.
 
Bedroom 7...The guest bedroom is located in the lower level of the villa, accessed by stairs going down from the terrace/pool area and offers two sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4), air conditioning, ceiling fan and closet. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom equipped with shower, single sink and modern cabinets 
 
The air-conditioned living room is exquisitely furnished. The fabulous gourmet kitchen offers exquisite granite countertops and is fully equipped with modern deluxe stainless steel appliances. 
 
Large sliding glass doors open onto an outdoor extensive terrace area. The terrace area offers a private pool, an outdoor covered dining area that seats 12-16 persons, a private gazebo with an additional dining area for 4 persons right next to the pool and a Jacuzzi.

The living area is furnished with contemporary designer furnishings from France offering wonderful views of the ocean. The indoor living area is bright and crisp with 18 ft. high white wood plantation ceilings offering a comfortable sitting area and in-door dining area for 6-8 persons. Large glass doors open onto the pool area which offers an outdoor covered dining area for 12-16 persons.

I want to come back


I have rented stunning villa Alize 5 times already and each time it has been an enchantment. Beautifully located in Guana Bay area, the view from the terrace (and the swimming pool) is amazing, overlooking the see. It provides 4 extra large master bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and wonderful sea view, two bedrooms fitting 5 beds each for children and teenagers (with en-suite bathrooms) and a last double bedroom (bathroom as well). A very spacious and clear kitchen, a cosy living-room and a large outside dining table . It is perfect for several families and friends, there is plenty of space to enjoy moments together and times resting quietly. There is all the comfort you need: air-conditioning, fitness room, garden gazebo, jacuzzi… The house and garden are beautifully maintained. Tastily furnished, the design gives a modern Caribbean atmosphere that makes you feel peaceful and relaxed. The residence is conveniently located 10 minutes drive from Philipsburg and close to marvellous beaches. If you do not wish to drive, you can walk down to Guana Bay beach and benefit from an immaculate and empty seashore. A drink on the huge deck facing sunset on a warm tropical night is something you’ll never forget. I was so pleased with this rental that I am returning this winter with family and friends.
