Villa Crystal is a contemporary 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath vacation villa located in Red Pond Estates and overlooking Guana Bay on the eastern side of Dutch St. Maarten and close to Dawn Beach.

This modern villa was built in 2012. The contemporary design offers a very open floor plan with the highlight being the outdoor living space with the infinity pool. There is also a pergola with an electronic cover which you can adjust for sun exposure and it automatically closes when it rains.
 
The whole villa is in "Blue Fantasy" granite with the flamed finishing in the kitchen and the laundry area. The bathroom countertops and sinks are one piece with a smooth mat finish and the floors have a sand blasted finishing.
 
The total ground floor is 3,660 square feet including the terrace and an infinity edge swimming pool.
 
The house itself is entirely furnished in Italian Designer furnishings, fabricated with carefully chosen materials of the best quality. The villa is surrounded by a transparent crystal glass barrier so nothing will interfere with the extraordinary views.
 
The huge open terrace parallel to the swimming pool also comprises of an open kitchen and a roofed indoor dining area, ideal to welcome friends and family for bigger receptions, always facing those breathtaking views. The living room is beautifully decorated with a touch of fuchsia on the walls creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere.
 
The kitchen is entirely furnished and equipped with the best quality German made appliances from "Hacker" and includes induction cooker, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher...Every worktop is carved out of granite and carefully finished. The kitchen has a large central worktop made of smooth granite in which the sink is integrated. The other kitchen counter tops are of fancy blue flamed granite. The kitchen faces the dining room area with a table for 8 persons and opens onto the terrace and pool area, with its own cocktail bar.
 
There are three large bedrooms, all with spectacular en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom offers a king size bed and the other two have European queen beds. All bedrooms are air conditioned and equipped with safes. Each bedroom offers direct access to the terrace and pool. Each room has a separate entrance for your privacy.

Offers fabulous ocean views, king bed with a natural stone Onyx headboard and integrated with LED lights which reveal and beautify the incredible forms and colors of the Onyx, air conditioning, large closet and personal safe. The en-suite bathroom with double faucet and large shower are carved out of natural stone. The bathroom also has a Bidet. It's mirrors and Japanese style steps lends to its Oriental touch and Spa atmosphere.
