Surrounded by lush tropical vegetation the villa has a large infinity pool, a spacious terrace with outdoor dining area and a charming gazebo built into the hillside. 
 
Fully air-conditioned the villa has a large living /dining area with an open plan gourmet kitchen. Very stylish and comfortable the living area is filled with objets d’art with glass sliding doors opening for the whole length onto the pool terrace. 
 
The three bedrooms each have en-suite bathrooms , the master and second bedroom can be accessed from the living area and the 3rd bedroom has it’s own separate entrance from the terrace.

St Martin offers more than 400 restaurants, a wide variety of water sports, horseback riding, sailing, night life with gambling casinos on the Dutch side and the best duty free shopping in the Caribbean. The best villa for family vacation


Been in this villa with our friends for a week and it was perfect. Villa has a superb location in a calm area, five minutes to the beach which belong to the Radison Blue resort and if you are guest of villa you have access to all water activity.Villa is well equipped and clean. If you look for calm and nice location on St. Marteen this is a right place. We have promise to came back for sure.
