Opening off the terrace is the main living space, all open-plan, located on the ground floor with a fully equipped air-conditioned modern kitchen with Miele. The living area also has a separate air-conditioned TV room and dining room. The ground floor also houses two air-conditioned bedrooms – including the master bedroom, both with king beds and en-suite bathrooms, all overlooking the terrace, pool and sea view. 
 
 
Two more air-conditioned bedrooms with king beds and their own bathrooms are located on a lower level and the 5th bedroom in a separate independent building with a king bed, its own living area, bathroom, and private terrace.
 
 
The villa also has its own well-equipped air-conditioned gym, sauna and shower, tennis court and a panoramic terrace on the upper level offers a breathtaking view of the sea.
 
Surrounded by beautiful, tropical, landscaped grounds the villa is just a one minute walk from the beach and an easy 5 minute drive to shops and restaurants.  In short, you're in for a vacation of a lifetime!
