Mahogany is  a well appointed 5 bedroom St. Maarten casual family vacation rental providing the ultimate in relaxation. This French Creole rental villa is located in the exclusive area of Guana Bay, Dutch Sint Maarten. Situated on an acre of tropical gardens, Villa Mahogany is just 133 yards from Guana Bay Beach. 
 
The outdoor area is perfect for family entertainment with a large pool and well furnished pool deck, providing the ultimate in family relaxation. Enjoy ocean views and breezes as you dine alfresco on the covered terrace overlooking the pool and the view of St. Barth's. Bask in the Caribbean sun or relax in the over-sized pool while enjoying your favorite libation.
 
This large but compact villa offers two king bedrooms on the second level at the top of a spiral staircase with baths ensuite.  The master has a tub and a small balcony with sea views.  The second bedroom has a shower and opens to a loft area overlooking the living room.  All bedrooms are airconditioned.
 
The main floor has three smaller bedrooms with two more baths.  Two with queen beds and the other has a full bed. One bedroom opens to the a furnished terrace.  There is a beautiful tropical atrium at the entrance which opens to a large comfortable living room surounded by French Doors tha open to the covered patio suitable for dining and quiet lounging. This room is well furnished with antiques and oriental rugs on marble and wood flooring. All bedrooms are airconditioned.
 
Mahogany is located within a 2 minute walk to the secluded white beach of Guana Bay, where you can swim and sunbathe in quiet serenity or take an early morning jog along the half mile stretch of shoreline. The prestigious residential community of Guana Bay is a short distance to the duty-free shopping capital of Philipsburg. 
 
Area Information:
St Martin offers more than 400 restaurants, a wide variety of water sports, horseback riding, sailing, night life with gambling casinos on the Dutch side and the best duty free shopping in the Caribbean. In addition to the usual luxury hotels and beach front rental condo properties there are hundreds of affordable rental villas and island vacation accommodations to meet the needs of any Caribbean vacation traveler. Day trips to the island of St Bart or Anguilla are a frequent excursion activity.
