La-Di-Da is a gorgeous 6 bedroom, 6 bath St. Maarten vacation villa that sits high atop a mountain at the mouth of Pelican Key. 
 
This mountain top setting provides wonderful privacy at the villa. From the living areas, decks and pool area you are surrounded by an unsurpassed view of the Caribbean Sea, Simpson Bay Lagoon, Princess Juliana Airport and the island itself. If you are looking for a villa with stunning views, look no further. 
 
Perfect Saint Martin villa for couples or families, La-di-da has 3 king size bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom each with their own bathrooms (Please note the bathroom for the 3rd king bedroom is across the hall from the bedroom. All other bedrooms have ensuite baths.) The master bedroom overlooks the pool area and opens to the patio. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and has its own flat screen satellite TV. 
On the lower level through a private entrance, there is a 2 bedroom /2 bath apartment that is fully equipped with a balcony, living/dining area and a 2nd fully equipped kitchen for your use...Each bedroom offers a bathroom with shower.
The modern, gourmet kitchen is open to the spacious dining room and has a curved breakfast bar with spectacular tiling thoughout with complimentary granite countertop. The large teak dining table sits 8 easily, wonderful for dinners at the villa. Or you can dine alfresco at the outdoor dining area with views of the Caribbean Sea. There is a spacious indoor lounge with teak couches imported from Indonesia just a few steps down from the kitchen and dining area.

St Martin offers more than 400 restaurants, a wide variety of water sports, horseback riding, sailing, night life with gambling casinos on the Dutch side and the best duty free shopping in the Caribbean. In addition to the usual luxury hotels and beach front rental condo properties there are hundreds of affordable rental villas and island vacation accommodations to meet the needs of any Caribbean vacation traveler. Day trips to the island of St Bart or Anguilla are a frequent excursion activity.
