Description

This vacation rental feels like a home. It is furnished with teak and mahogany imported from Indonesia and offers a very nice outdoor space (the “great room”) with lots of seating and mesmerizing views of endless turquoise blue! The perfect place to enjoy a cool refreshing cocktail and watch the sun set, or wake up to the sound of waves and early morning coffee... and a good book! There is a plunge pool overlooking the sea and also a non-heated bubble pool.
 
The villa is fully air conditioned and offers views from all angles of the home. All bedrooms have king beds and ensuite custom bathrooms with stone showers and sinks. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you’ll need to prepare delicious meals. Three bedrooms, 2 ½ baths are on the main level and one bedroom with en suite bath are on the upper level. There are 3 king beds and 1 queen. Maid Service 6x per week except Sundays and Holidays
 
For folks that like to walk, Beau Rivage is about a 15 minute walk (650 yards) to Sunset Beach Bar, 2 Casinos, Maho’s (1/2 mile from the villa) restaurants, bars, boutique shops, and a grocery store! You can also walk about 350 yards in the other direction (towards Beacon Hill) to a stairway that leads right down to the soft white sand of Simpson Bay beach!
 
Beau Rivage is a great family vacation villa or a group of 2 or 3 couples with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It’s located on a great “shelling beach” and close to lots of amenities that St Maarten has to offer.

St Martin offers more than 400 restaurants, a wide variety of water sports, horseback riding, sailing, night life with gambling casinos on the Dutch side and the best duty free shopping in the Caribbean. In addition to the usual luxury hotels and beach front rental condo properties there are hundreds of affordable rental villas and island vacation accommodations to meet the needs of any Caribbean vacation traveler. Day trips to the island of St Bart or Anguilla are a frequent excursion activity.

Fees & Taxes: 
Additional tax and service charges include daily maid service (except Sunday), airport pickup, rental car reservations with airport pick up and return or delivery to villa, 24/7 local assistance while on island, welcome gift, arrangements for chef service, restaurant reservations in high season, island concierge services before and during your stay. Tax & service charges vary by property and will be included in your final quote.
