Villa Vue de Mer is a comfortable oceanfront villa offering gentle breezes, beautiful ocean views, and views of the twinkling lights of Simpson Bay and Pelican Key in the distance... all from your generous private terraces (yes, there are 2!). Located in the “Beacon Hill” area, one of Sint-Maarten’s most desired neighborhoods for those who want a relaxing villa experience, yet be close to all of the nightlife, casinos, and the “tons of fun” the Dutch side offers.
 
Vue de Mer offers 3 bedrooms, each with a king bed and ensuite bathrooms with showers,  and an open style living room with powder room, and well equipped kitchen, all with wonderful views ot the mountains and the ocean. The home also has a great library with books that will help you relax even more while drinking a cocktail around the pool.
 
There are 2 beaches within walking distance... the soft white sand of Simpson Bay beach awaits you after an easy 3 minute walk (210 yards) to a stairway that leads to the sand. This is the western end of the bay where several great restaurants can be enjoyed. Burgeoux Bay, a great shelling beach, is a 360 yard (about 6 minutes) walk. A bit further walk along this bay (maybe 10 minutes) and you’ll come to a casino, then the famous Sunset Beach Bar and several other restaurants. At that point you are at Maho beach, and a bit further into Maho you’ll find plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, casino and a grocery. All in all, one of the most convenient locations on St Marteen!.

St Martin offers more than 400 restaurants, a wide variety of water sports, horseback riding, sailing, night life with gambling casinos on the Dutch side and the best duty free shopping in the Caribbean. In addition to the usual luxury hotels and beach front rental condo properties there are hundreds of affordable rental villas and island vacation accommodations to meet the needs of any Caribbean vacation traveler. Day trips to the island of St Bart or Anguilla are a frequent excursion activity.
