CASA DE BELLA is a very comfortable, fully air-conditioned 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath townhome with views towards Simpson Bay and the Simpson Bay Lagoon... and it has a private pool!  It is conveniently located an easy, short walk to a plethora of shopping, beaches (Kim Shaw is just 3 minutes away), casinos, bars and restaurants.  There is a very nice new grocery 1/2 block away.
 
This spacious home has an "American style" open floor plan with modern kitchen including granit counters and stainless steel appliances.  It sleeps 6 people comfortably in 3 bedrooms. The 2 main bedrooms have a king and a queen bed and lead out to the pool. The 3rd bedroom has a sest of twin beds, perfect for the kids!  Casella comes fully furnished with all the comforts and amenities you'll need for a perfect vacation.  A true "home away from home" feeling! 
 
An elegant living room and dining room opens up to a veranda overlooking beautiful Simpson Bay, where you can relax and enjoy your favorite cocktail. 
 
Additional amenities include, air conditioning throughout, ceiling fans in every room, washer/dryer, gas BBQ, satelitte TV, DVD, phone and maid service 6 days.  For a lovely view, comfort and privacy Villa Casella is wonderful choice for a vacation you have always dreamed of and it will not break the bank!  No Pets Please.

Additional tax and service charges include daily maid service (except Sunday), airport pickup, rental car reservations with airport pick up and return or delivery to villa, 24/7 local assistance while on island, welcome gift, arrangements for chef service, restaurant reservations in high season, island concierge services before and during your stay. Loved the house - great location


We decided to rent a villa/house instead of staying in a all-inclusive because we were a group of 5 friends to enjoy a more local experience. We were situated in Simpson Bay, super good location because you are 2minutes away from the main strip with all the restaurants and lounges/clubs and about 10min drive from Maho which is the other main town for restaurants and clubs/lounges. I recommend you rent a car to be mobile around the whole island to be a able to explore the entire island - French side and the capital. One thing we really appreciated was that they had left us a mobile phone with a local number therefore we used it for any local calls - reservations for restaurants, excursions etc. You have a nice view of the Simpson Bay marina with a background of the mountains, with a clean private pool, your own washing machine which the maid does not do your laundry unless it is for the towels but can request her to do it for an extra. I honestly have no complaints about this place, I definitely recommend it. Thank you.
