As you drive past the gated entrance onto the cobbled drive to the villa, you’ll be impressed with how well the villa is cared for and how inviting it is. The villa opens to a very spacious living room and an open concept, very modern, air-conditioned kitchen. Hi gloss white and tan colors floors and cabinets contrast with the warm woods and high end décor found throughout the villa.
 
The kitchen is very well equipped with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances including a 6 burner gas stove, dishwasher and wine fridge, and is sure to please the fussiest of cooks. It has a very cool glass breakfast bar and a window that serves guests when poolside.
 
The terrace offers a large refreshing (very private) pool with deep blue tiles and absolutely gorgeous views of the lagoon (in matching blues), and the hills of Terres Basses. There is a comfortably furnished sitting area and al fresco dining, both of which are under roof... a perfect place to enjoy a great glass of wine after a long beach day.
 
The villa has 3 bedrooms on the main level, all of which are accessed interiorly, and have AC and ensuite bathrooms. There is a separate bedroom below the main level with AC and ensuite bath. There is 1 king and 3 queen beds.

St Martin offers more than 400 restaurants, a wide variety of water sports, horseback riding, sailing, night life with gambling casinos on the Dutch side and the best duty free shopping in the Caribbean.
