This charming Florida villa is characterized by its location and amenities, with everything to which you do not want to miss out on your vacation. New features include cable TVs in all bedrooms, new chairs on the boat dock, new lanai furniture and many little things that make your stay more relaxed. Ecological and efficient is installed in the May 2015 solar pool heating. Quietly and very centrally located, just minutes from Cape Coral Downtown away, Villa Catalina Isles is in very good American neighborhood.
 
On the south facing plot with pool deck, treat yourself and find pleasant cooling in the large pool of the Florida sun. The pool is heated from now solar. The boat deck is also equipped with sun loungers and chairs.
 
In this dreamlike atmosphere at the water under the palm trees let your thoughts run free. In one of the local boat rental you can rent a boat to the private jetty of discovering the islands and beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The unique location allows access to the Gulf even by sailboat in just minutes!
 
The villa is decorated in typical Florida style. All three bedrooms have king-size beds, cable TV and flat screens. The villa is located on the south-facing extra-wide (200 ft) channel, offering boating enthusiasts the opportunity to reach the Caloosahatchee River within minutes. In the Gulf of Mexico and to the islands of Sanibel and Captiva with your beautiful beaches it is only a stone's throw.
 
Cape Coral can be reached through the Fort Myers International Airport from anywhere in the world good. By car you are in about 30 minutes in your villa-to-time. Nearby you will find all the shops and are easily reachable by car in downtown Cape Coral or Fort Myers. The best beaches are accessible depending on traffic in 30 minutes by car.
 
The property manager on site will also help you when it once with the language a little jolts. The team speaks German.
A short distance away, the Del Prado Blvd., has 'Bread Pete' his bakery. Peter is German and is really good bread, rolls and cakes.
The various malls and outlets, I also want to mention, of course - by the position of the villa were easily reachable by car in Fort Myers and in the malls. It's really worth it!.

Great place!


What a great experience! Would definitely recommend to anyone that has children. My kids are not big beach kids but love Florida and a swimming pool. This trip/house provided both. My kids are 18, 14 and 8 and all of them enjoyed it. Beds were comfortable, decorated nicely and house is well managed. Mango tree in the front yard (if you like Mangos). We were down here for a baseball tournament and this house was close to all of the baseball fields that we had to go to. Lots of fabulous restaurants close by as well. I agree with the reviews of Bread Pete! Gunnar was very accommodating and quick to reply. BMI who manages the property were quick to respond with anyone questions, issues or concerns. Should we be making the trip back next year, I will be looking to stay at this place again.

Our dream vacation


We spent our dream vacation in the Villa Catalina in June. The location is very quiet and the shopping for daily needs are within easy reach. The check in with the BMI staff was very nice, informative and trusting, so that we felt in good hands for our vacation time. The house is equipped with everything you need on holiday. From the furnishings of the living and sleeping rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, to the beach equipment - everything is there. We miss the all-round bath in the pool today. Of the many restaurants in Cape Coral we liked it best at \"Water City Grill\". When we think back to our vacation, we are still overwhelmed by the house and everything that goes with it. It left nothing to be desired. We are glad that we had decided so. Thanks a lot Bettina and Gunnar,

Top villa, great location, anytime again ....!


In April of this year we were a family of 6 including a toddler at the Villa Catalina. We have found a very well maintained accommodation with everything you can imagine. The house was in a very clean and tidy condition, also well equipped. The kitchen lacked nothing. The bathrooms were very nice and the three bedrooms very cozy. Our 8 months young daughter felt right at home on the terrace and in the pool. In general, one can say that our whole holiday has actually only played on the beautiful large terrace. With our boat we were in a short time on the Gulf. At Bread Pete, a German bakery not far from the villa, we got fresh bread every morning. We spent a wonderful holiday in this villa and would come back anytime!

Super Florida vacation


The villa was excellent as described. The location right on a fish-rich channel (dolphins) was optimal. The heated pool was a dream for our grandchildren. We felt very comfortable. Thank you very much Erika + Johannes
