Lounge by the pool with complete privacy or take a 5 minute walk to the beach. The 3 car garage has 5 bicycles and beach chairs, beach umbrella and a beach cart available for use during your quiet vacation. Relax by the beach or in the shade with a book overlooking the heated salt water pool. It doesn't get any better than this!
 
Being on the Island you are close to everything. Over 8 restaruants and a 4 screen movie theatre within walking distance. The house is turn key furnished so all you have to bring is your clothes. All towels and linens are supplied. TV's with DVD players in the main family room and master bedroom. The pool area is screened in with lounge chairs, a gas BBQ grill on the lanai upper deck, and free high speed internet. Bring your sunblock and be ready to relax!

High Season: Nov 1 through April 30 $2,350.00 per week. Monthly rental rate $8,400
 
Summer Season: May 1 through Oct 31, $1,500 per week. Monthly rental rate $5,100
Minimum 1 week duration booking SAT to SAT.
Security deposit $500.
Cleaning cost of $160 per stay is incremental to rental rates.
Florida State Tax of 11% on rent cost is incremental to above rental costs.

Great Place to Stay!!


We stayed here for 10 days with our adult children and spouse, and grandchild - what a fantastic place to relax and have fun. The home has everything you need and is a quick walk to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and very close to everything. We loved the in the ground pool and the outside covered porch. The owner Joseph is very responsive to all communications and extremely helpful and accommodating. If we come back to Marco - will definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Property


The property is well maintained, clean, well furnished; close to the beach and shopping nearby as well. The pool area is the best. The surrounding neighbourhood is a nice place to bike and walk in the early warm evenings. The owner, Joe, was most helpful through the whole rental process. He has a home where we hope to return soon with our family.

Great House in Marco Island


This was our ninth year in Marco Island and the nicest house that we have rented. The kitchen was well stocked with so many spices, pancake mix, condiments. We had a 7 month old with us so the high chair, pack and play and stroller were great. The pool was wonderful and wide with rafts and floats galore. There were beach carts, umbrellas, and beach toys and the gulf in May is delightful. The grill was top quality and we used it often for meals. There were six bikes and I was out every morning for a ride around Marco. The house was great for the 5 of us and the master bedroom was separated by the living room and a doorway from the other two bedrooms, so my grandson never woke me up. The owner called us the day of arrival to make sure everything was in working order and to answer any questions. A great week in a great house. Thank you Joseph.

The perfect vacation home on Marco Island!


This house is beautiful and very clean. We especially enjoyed the proximity to the beautiful beach and relaxing in the heated pool after the beach. The sunset from the Sunset Grille was amazing. We had contact with the owner before, during and after our stay and there was an abundance of information provided about the area including restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful, spacious home.


Beautiful, clean, comfortable, roomy home with a wonderful pool. Float around in the pool at night and look at the stars! Beach is a tad more than 6 minutes away but it\'s a nice walk (there is a parking lot near the entrance of the beach walkway). Beach is lovely and a great place to walk and sunbathe. Great place to relax and enjoy vacation.
