This is a 2 bedroom DELUXE unit conveniently located on the third floor of Tower Three, (the newest) at the Edgewater Beach Resort. Close enough to the ground floor to have great views of all the activity on the beach and ocean. Dolphin sightings are common. High enough to enjoy the spectacular views of the beach. For quick access to the beach, take the nearby stairs, no need to wait for the elavator.
 
A DELUXE floor plan unit offers more square footage than the typical standard unit. We have 1317 square feet of living space plus a 119 square foot balcony, verses the standard 2 BR floor plan of 1055 square feet and 70 square foot balcony.
 
Wake up in the morning in the master bedroom, which has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the sugary white beach, and enjoy the view. Enjoy breakfast on the adjoining balcony, which is furnished with patio furniture, and enjoy the ocean breeze.
 
We offer FREE secure wireless internet connection. There is a 55" 4K Ultra Smart TV in the living room. The bedrooms have a Blu-Ray streaming DVD player or Roku streaming media player with FREE Netflix streaming movies and videos, including Pandora, Youtube and many more. No matter which of the 3 TV's you choose to watch you will be able to stream from an unlimited amount of entertainment content available to you.
 
We chose this resort because of the LARGE and beautiful main pool with beautiful landscaping, hot tubs and restaurants. A fine dining restaurant on-site, and a Pizza Hut on-site for the kids. 6 tennis courts on-site, par 3 golf course on-site with carts available.
 
A smaller pool and a hot tub are situated directly in front of the unit for when you are looking for some more private time. The condo is full of upgrades, like granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, 3 HD Tv's and beautiful furniture.
 
Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort is the only full service resort on Panama City Beach. Nowhere else on the gulf coast will you find grounds this beautiful! Nowhere else on Panama City Beach will you find a golf course, a full service spa, 11 swimming pools, 6 reflecting ponds, 4 whirlpool spas, a Polynesian-style Lagoon Pool with an elaborate system of waterfalls and islands within the pool itself, 1/2 mile of private beach, water sports (jet ski, para-sail, banana boat, Kayak, Chartered boats), 2 ocean side restaurants and bars, gift shop and ice cream shop, tennis and basketball courts, shuffleboard, live music and activities pool-side (summer only), and 24 hour security.
 
EBR is conveniently located to countless activities. There are several restaurants, shops, and activities such as miniature golf and a game room all easily within walking distance. The new Pier Park is a short 5 minute drive. Here you will find several unique stores, many great restaurants, bars, live music, a movie theater, kids activities, and even a mall with all your favorite stores! All right accross the street from the beach!! You may also like to take advantage of PCB's many other activities all within a short drive...Gulf World Marine Park, the local zoo, Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum, Shell Island, chartered fishing tours, dolphin cruises, go carts....

My wife and I live near Cincinnati, OH. We love to go to our condo at least 2 times a year. We have 2 children that are grown now. They have spent almost every vacation growing up at our condo in Panama City Beach Fl. We have fantastic memories from those vacations. We love this place and we hope you will too.Location and amenities. It doesn't get any better than the Edgewater. It is so convenient to shopping, restaurants and activities to keep the kids amused. Also there are so many amenities at the resort itself, some days there is no reason to leave the property.

We have stayed at the Edgewater 5 or 6 times now and just love it. You just can\'t beat the pool areas and the parking is great. Who wants to park in a garage across the street? Nobody.

Nice unit, however....


This is a nice unit except for a couple of things: presence of small roaches in the kitchen and the shower curtain liner in the master bath had mold on it.

Beautiful from the moment you see the view!!!!


This made me nervous booking somewhere I\'ve never stayed nor has any family of mine stayed but we gave it a shot and it paid off big time! This condo is beautiful as soon as you walk in it feels like home and felt that way the whole trip. The view is absolutely beautiful and being on the third floor is super easy with kids to get straight out to the main pool or smaller pool at tower 3 and within 3 mins your on the beach from the condo! The place really is nice and decorated great! The beds were super comfortable and they literally had everything you need from extra beach chairs to every dish to cook on if you choose to do so! Kathy and Ken are super super helpful and terrific in any questions you have about booking! We give the place 5 stars because it truly is like staying in a home while your on the beach. We have already booked 10 days and we just got back a day ago. I would recommend this to any family and friends to stay at.

Great Condo - Awesome Beach Views - Highly Recommend


We stayed in this condo for one week and it was wonderful! It had everything we needed and more, the views of the beach from the living area and the master bedroom were amazing, and the owner was on top of providing us all the information we needed as soon as final payment was made. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone and hope I can make it back again!

Wonderful Experience


This is a truly wonderful condo and we would stay again if we have a chance. We have been going to The Edgewater Resort off and on for many years and this is one of the best we have stayed in. I loved the Master bedroom being on the ocean side so much. That is a must for me when I search for a condo. We would open the curtains and watch day break over the ocean every morning. I loved the big comfortable reclining chair in the living room and the television was awesome. The weather this time of the year was great for me. Many people were in the ocean but I just waded in a little. Not too hot and not too cool. Most days were mid 70\'s which is great for me. I would highly recommend this condo.
