This convenient house has a very peaceful vibe. Bamboo floors throughout and tasteful decorations makes this the perfect Retreat for your Florida vacation or business visit. The spacious master bedroom is 10' x 24' with dual closets and a large tv. The secondary bedroom has an en suite bath, another TV and an exterior door to the sun deck and hot tub. There is a pull out queen size sofa in the living room for overflow guests or kids.
 
the house has wireless high speed internet and full Satellite TV service with numerous movie and sports channels. All the TV's are equipped with DVD players and the Living Room TV has direct access to Amazon Prime, Netflix and other streaming services so you can access your account.
 
The yard is fully fenced and has several decks and a hot tub nestled in the tropical landscaping. A gas grill is provided.
 
The kitchen is fully applianced and appointed (pots, pans, dishes, glassware etc) with a sunny eating nook and a convenient desk area adjacent.
 
The house is pet friendly and the laundry is in the garage.
 
Conveniently close to the gulf beaches, downtown, nature park/trail, Upper Tampa Bay bike/rollerblade trial, 3 Spring Training parks w/in 20 minutes, Pro sports: MLB, NFL, NHL, World class art museums and local and national theater companies.

Value and Location


By chance the owners had a opening and I was able to stay. I have visited their other homes but this was the first stay in this home. The home was a three bedroom but one wall was removed to make the home a two bedroom. The home is perfect. Very tasteful decorating by the owner. The location is great. The large fenced backyard is very private and the hot tub was a treat. This home is much better than a hotel for a business trip our a vacation. The owners live one street away from the home should you ever need anything. Great value. Will stay again.

Much better than staying at a hotel! Two of our employees stayed there for business purposes and will stay there again, if the chance arises, for pleasure. The property was very clean, well maintained, everything you could ask for. Location was perfect. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family.
