Description

Eastern Estate is a beautifully furnished 3 bedroom home with high walls for privacy, a gorgeous pool, and a large backyard. Equipped with jacuzzi tub & showers, recently renovated kitchen,and large well designed living areas and bedrooms.
 
The space
Eastern Estate is unique as every part of the house was designed and built by the original owner, an engineer and contractor. Custom wood ceilings and flooring adds to the very warm ambiance paired tastefully with modern furnishings and appliances. Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, toaster oven, 5 burner stove, and dishwasher. The house is over 2500 square feet with a very large backyard designed for entertaining. There is also a two door garage for guests.
 
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house, pool, garages, and the yard space to the west of the home. There is also a pool side guest bathroom to the exterior if having a social gathering by the pool.
 
Interaction with guests
I live on the grounds in a attached apartment to the rear of the home. This allows me to attend to my guests 24/7 and to maintain the grounds. I definitely ensure that the guests are given their full privacy at all times. We are able to offer a concierge service throughout your entire stay. A full time housekeeper with excellent culinary skills can be arranged. We are also able to arrange car rentals, tours, or visits to other attractions. We also can arrange a personal driver for you with room for 7 with our friend Craig. He is fantastic and can assist with all of your transportation needs. Have a request? Great Location


We loved Danny\'s house, it was spacious and clean. The location was 10 minutes away from cabbage beach and 10 minutes to downtown. Pretty easy to find on a small island. Danny and Mrs. Lowes hospitality was great appreciated, very reachable via text anytime of the day. The only one thing I would improve on would be, if the shower pressure could be stronger. Nonetheless, fabulous custom made home. Cheers, Your friends from Toronto

when in the Bahamas this is a very nice spot to stay extremely spacious , the owners have exceptional communication and quickly respond to any concerns that may arise. They offer transportation and I must say he was a highlight for the trip very knowledgeable professional and made the trip hassle free .

I went to the Bahamas with 5 girlfriends. We had an absolutely amazing time and Danny\'s beautiful home definitely contributed to this experience. We literally fell in love with his home when we got there- so gorgeous. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, extremely spacious with a lovely backyard and pool. We did hear Danny’s dogs barking, but that did not bother us at all. Danny was very attentive, always available when we had questions, and provided great recommendations for food, activities, nightlife and taxi services. We enjoyed Bambu nightclub, Club Aura, Atlantis Water-park, and Junkanoo beach. We did not rent a car, but everything was a short taxi ride away from Danny’s home. Mr. Ateri and Smiley provided extremely great taxi service. We only suggest to have a blow dryer, more toilet paper in stock and better lighting in two of the bathrooms. The master bathroom was our go to for makeup time since it had amazing lighting. This was definitely our best girls trip and we wish we had a few more days there to enjoy the beautiful house and Bahamas more. Sounds like we have to come back :) I would highly recommend this property for your vacation in the Bahamas!

My family and I had a great time!


My family and I had a great time! The house was more than enough room for four. Having our own pool was great! It certainly beat having to run down early and reserve pool chairs each morning. Danny was a great host and very accessible. Be prepared to have to rent a car to get around. We didn\'t mind it at all. We were able to see much more of the island this way. My family and I plan to visit the island again and stay at Danny\'s place!

Danny\'s place is everything that it looked like it would be. A huge space that comfortably fits a large group of people. Multiple living rooms with a beautiful kitchen. Danny himself was one of the best hosts I\'ve had while using airbnb. He had great recommendations for food and activities and was always available to help us with whatever we needed.

It\'s a beautiful house just as you see in the picture. Danny is a responsible and hospitable host. I really enjoy the holiday in Nassau. By the way, Danny can speak mandarin fluently, if you are a Chinese and have trouble with English speaking. This might be your best choice in Nassau.
