The Gulf views from the balcony are spectacular! Soak up the sun, watch the emerald green clear water, and just sit back and listen to the waves in this 14th floor gulf front 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit. Watch the children play in the outdoor pools from the balcony. Welcome to one of the most desired areas of beaches along the upper Gulf coast! 
 
We have equipped this non-smoking 1,360 sq. ft condo with everything you will need to have that perfect vacation .A washer/dryer for taking care of those little dirties.(bring washing supplies) A fully equipped kitchen complete with microwave, coffee maker, a 7 qt crock pot, 8 settings of tableware, along with Martini glasses, and cookware. You can make a feast or just make your beverages.
 
All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV's. The unit can sleep 8: King in Master, 2 queens in the second bedroom, and 2 twins in the third bedroom. A pack and play and high chair are also stored in the bedroom closet. 2 full baths make it easy for everyone to get ready on time.
 
The living room offers a comfortable sofa, chair, recliner, and a swivel rocker await your enjoyment for watching the 55" flatscreen TV or DVD player. Seating is available for 6 easily, along with the nearby dining room chairs available for extra seating. The unit is equipped with wireless internet.
 
Floor to ceiling patio window allow for breathtaking views of the Gulf or sit on your 12x24' balcony to watch the waves and soak up some sun. The balcony comes with 2 lounge chairs, 2 rockers with table between, and a table for 6 or more. Find your favorite chair, bucket, shovel, etc. for the beach in the balcony closet.
 
(We do NOT provide beach towels and unit towels cannot be taken to the beach. Sand in the washing machine will damage the unit and
forfeit your deposit.()
 
The facility itself offers an indoor pool with hot tub, work out room, and sauna all located just a few steps from the 2 unit elevators. A plus for the our friends from the North during the Cold winter months.
 
Outside there is a lighted tennis court, a large pool on the beach side with adjacent kiddie pool. All only a few steps from the pristine white sand beach and Gulf water.
 
While sand is wonderful on the beach, it is the enemy of the condo. There is a faucet with shower at the boardwalk/pool area to rinse the sand from bodies and toys. 
 
The unit was updated recently with new bedding, floors and furniture. If you need something we have overlooked, let us know. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs. Once you make your reservation, we'll give you the "quick" way to get here to avoid some of the traffic. We do require you to be 27 or older to rent this unit.
 
There are restaurants, grocery and retail stores within walking distance or very close driving. The Foley Tanger Outlet Mall sports many, many name brand stores and shouldn't be missed. The kids will love the huge water park, the zoo or the ziplines in Gulf Shores.
 
A short drive to Mobile offers sites to see such as: The WWII (USS Alabama) Battleship, the submarine "Drum", the new Maritime Museum with interactive events, the IMAX Explorium, and Bellingrath Home and Gardens.
 
We have left you a book of places to go and see, restaurants, etc. to help you with maximum enjoyment. Whether you want fun on the beach or in the water, or a quiet relaxing retreat, you can find it here. Who wouldn't want to see the 4th of July fireworks, or watch Santa Claus parachute in at the Flora Bama in December. You can take a short drive to Pensacola to see the Blue Angels fly their show (and watch them practice from the balcony!!! )

Fees & Taxes Cleaning Fee: $125Sales Tax: 11%
 
$300 Balance 30 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is cancelled prior to 30 days of the scheduled arrival date all monies will be refunded less a $50 processing fee. If the reservation is not cancelled prior to 30 days of the scheduled arrival date then the deposit and 50% of the rental fee will be forfeited. The forfeited rental fee will be refunded if the owner is able to secure a rental for the cancelled dates. There are no refunds for early departures other than for forced evacuations due to natural or man made disasters. In the event of a forced evacuation a credit will be given for unused days.

“Amazing!!!”


We had an amazing time at this beautiful condo in Orange Beach, Alabama!!! This is a well-equipped, beautifully furnished, right on the beach condo!! We had plenty of room for the 8 of us! The indoor and outdoor pools were really nice, and the beach was perfect!! This was our first visit to this area, but I\'m pretty sure it won\'t be our last!!

“Extremely Well Equipped Condo”


The owners have put a lot of care and thought into their condo. The kitchen was almost overly equipped. Lots of sand toys for the little ones and beach chairs for the adults. The condo itself is so homey you actually truly feel at home. Views are spectacular. Beach is gorgeous. We were very blessed to have found a retreat where we were able to chill and relax.

“Absolutely Perfect”


I was so very pleased with this property! Perfect location for our family vacation in Orange Beach. The condo was clean and ready when we arrived. The owner was so very helpful and easy to work with. Checking with us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction upon arrival then again before our departure. The view of the beach from the balcony is amazing! Everything you need to play on the beach is provided, which leaves room in your suitcase for essentials, and money in your pocket to have fun. The beds were very comfortable and the unit is layed out in a way that feels very spacious. We plan to return, and hope that this property is availabe to rent again. Thank you for helping us create the perfect family getaway!

“Awesome stay!!!”


We loved the condo. It had everything that out family of 7 could\'ve asked for. The furniture was nice and comfortable. The bathrooms were very nicely done. The kitchen was well stocked with all the amenities needed for an extended stay. The balcony had an amazing view of the ocean. I highly recommend this for anyone thinking of staying in Orange Beach. We can\'t wait to go back!
