Welcome to El Salvador and to Happy Farallon Beach house! Our property is family friendly with grass covered tended gardens, coconut trees, hammock terrace, nice sized swimming pool, barbecue area, open spaces, fully equipped Kitchen and plenty of parking for family and friends. The Estate has a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All with air conditioners and ceiling fans. There are 4 TV´s and various games available. The property has panoramic view to the ocean and private access to the beach. It also has private security, a guard-house and a domestic service area and room.
 
Our beach house boasts of awesome sunsets and it is new in the rental market, minimum stay 2 nights, take advantage now!
 
ESTATE DESCRIPTION:
POOL & GARDENS: amazing pool with view, barbecue area, outdoor showers, bathroom.
 
MAIN HOUSE: 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom, equipped Kitchen, Breakfast bar, main living room and spacious terrace with different views to the Ocean.
 
Bedroom #1: 1 Queen bed, 1 bunkbed, A/C, ceiling fans, shared bathroom/shower with bedroom #2.
Bedroom #2: 1 bunkbed (Queen size and Full size bed), A/C, ceiling fan, shared bathroom/shower.
Bedroom #3: 1 King bed, 2 bunkbeds (2 Queen & 2 Full beds), A/C, ceiling fans, TV, walking closet, shared large bathroom/shower with bedroom #4.
Bedroom #4: 2 bunkbeds (2 Queen & 2 Full beds), view to the Ocean and pool, A/C, shared large bathroom/shower.
Bedroom #5 (Tower): 1 King bed, 1 bunkbed (Queen & Full bed), A/C, ceiling fans, TV, walking-closet, own bathroom/shower. It boasts with an amazing view to the Ocean from the bedroom and its private terrace on the second floor.
 
BEACH: The house has private beach access through stone steps and a gate which stays closed for security. The property counts with its own private security and maintenance as well as a room for domestic helper.

Additional Rate details

 

High Season rates of $400/night apply for the week of Semana Santa Easter, national holiday for Semana Agostina, and the month of December covering Christmas & New Year´s Eve. If you have a special vacation or event in mind, let us know in advance so we can help make your stay even more unforgettable. We encourage you stay at least 2 nights (at $360/each in low season) to fully enjoy yourself.

Mi familia y yo elegimos este lugar por los buenos comentarios, y también por lo bello que se ve en las fotos. Pero cuando llegamos nos dimos cuenta que las fotos no describen en su totalidad lo hermoso que es este lugar, una vista al mar hermosa, casa muy grande y limpia, la piscina también muy limpia, el sonido de las olas es simplemente encantador. Agradecemos el gran detalle que Rina tenía preparado para nosotros el día de llegada, también debo de mencionar la gran atención que Álvaro y su esposa Mercedes tuvieron con nosotros, excelentes personas, definitivamente hicieron que disfrutáramos aún más nuestra estadía. If you are looking for a safe, peaceful place to stay in La Libertad, don’t look somewhere else. This house has amazing view of the ocean, beautiful clean pool, big comfortable rooms, and great customer service.

Paradise in El Salvador


What an incredible five days it was in El Salvador! I was joined by six of my buddies to surf, relax, explore and enjoy the tropical sun and we accomplished that and more. To start, we had an extremely smooth pick up and drop off from the airport. We arrived at our palace, 30 minutes after we cleared customs and were greeted by the local caretakers with smiling facing and helping hands. They made sure that our experience was extra special and even purchased and cooked our breakfast and lunch for us. Throughout, Rina was extra attentive and consistently checked in on us to make sure we were getting everything that we needed and even coordinated a grocery run for snacks, breakfast, and lunch. The home was even more than we could have hoped for; extremely spacious with powerful A/C, great group gathering spaces, and a short 5-7 min walk to El Tunco. I would highly recommend staying here and will be back on my next trip to El Sal!

Family Weekend Getaway


My family and I had an amazing time at this ocean front view home. I hosted a small family reunion here and couldn\'t be happier with the experience. Mercedes and Alvaro were gracious enough to assist us around the house. Although there is private beach access it is recommended to go during low tides. If you can\'t wait...don\'t fret there\'s beaches nearby. Your local fish market and grocery stores is also just few miles away. My family and I spent most of the days catching up and enjoying the crashing of the waves. This home offered breath taking, serene views of the pacific coast line. We had a beautiful experience! I highly recommend this place.

LUXURY AND COMFORTABLE! THE BEST PLACE IN EL SALVADOR.


Definitely the best option to enjoy views of the Pacific, the sun, and the best place to feel the sea breeze; upon arrival you realize you\'ve elected the best place to enjoy the sea, with a swimming pool facing to the ocean view, is just perfect to enjoy a cold beer or a fresh coconut provided by Alvaro. The staff was perfect (Alvaro and Mercedes, good people and always smiling to us), the kitchen is FULL equipped, the spacious rooms are perfect for relaxing with TV and A/C; big garden and two great terrace in front the sea was perfect to sit and enjoy the view. We have a great time with my family thanks to the staff and the owner who was unbelievably accommodating. This beach house was PERFECT!!! I will back soon.

WOW!!!!


This was a wonderful place and the experience with the owner put it over the top. The owner was unbelievably accommodating. We had two very special occasions to celebrate and the owner made sure we were able to fully enjoy the property. The place itself was very well secured and once inside the massive gates, the house was incredible. Open plan with great views to the ocean and more than enough room for the family. We also enjoyed the beautiful walk down the stairs to the beach, when the ocean allowed it. Once on the beach we felt as if we were on our own private beach. The family on site was very respectful but attentive. Thank you for the wonderful stay Anna and look forward to returning in the near future. To those looking to visit the area around La Libertad, DO NOT HESITATE to stay at this location.
