Description


The house is located in a very quiet residential street. Behind this street you will find all kind of touristic services: restaurants, stores, boutiques, yellow cabs station, churches, bars, cafeterias, gas station, laundries, public transportation (two blocks away), public park (Hidalgo), supermarket, Theatre, and more touristic attractions.

20 minutes to the airport, 15 minutes to the marina pier. In case of emergency the Red Cross is 5 minutes away (by car) and 12 minutes to the closest private Hospital (Vallata Medical Center).

Very safe area and a very touristic zone.

My place is a little house split in two; I live upstairs with my very friendly dogs. 

It is one bedroom with two double beds, one full bathroom (with shower), patio, kitchen, living and dining room. Air conditioning, TV with cable and wifi included. Pet friendly.

I will be more than glad to be your personal hostess.

We arrived to a nicely cleaned and fresh-smelling apartment. This traditional home has an adequately furnished kitchen and is on a very pretty and quiet street which is close to the beach and the malecon. Throughout our stay our host Monica responded very hospitably to all our queries and was very helpful to us throughout our stay. Monica is a wonderful host who continues to make improvements to this home which served our needs very well. We certainly look forward to our stay here on our next vacation in Puerto Vallarta

I am so glad we stayed here! It\'s one block from the beach, and 2 blocks from the Malecon. It\'s on a quiet residential street so there was no partying or loud music to keep you up. But you walk 2 blocks and you\'re right on the Malecon with all the eating, shopping, and clubbing you can handle. It was amazing!

Great stay


Monica was friendly and there to greet us on arrival (she lives above). The location is awesome for living like a local. Only a block from the public beach, the boardwalk, and all the shops and old churches. While the apartment is cute, it didn\'t serve us well. First off it was very dirty. Dust bunnies, dirty surfaces & fans, and even the dishes in the cupboards were dirty and sandy. The worst part was twofold: the smell - it smells like cat/dog urine very strongly throughout the apartment. And secondly, there wasn\'t one single place to sit that was comfortable. We felt like we were roughing it. Also the lighting was so bad we could barely read. It served us well in that the location was close to our daily appointments, and a cool part of town, but that is all. No hot water in the kitchen, beds were extremely hard, her dogs bark sometimes at night (and once dropped a bone so loud we were woken up 4 times). Only one roll of toilet paper.. anyway list goes on. Would never stay again, unless it had a serious overhall! Monica was very friendly and kind!! With very cute dogs. I wish her luck in the future !!

Great location


My family and I drove from Guadalajara to Puerto Vallarta for the new year. We didnt book anything so it was great that Monicas house was available at the last minute. Pros: Walking distance to Los Camarones beach, Malecon, and other toursist places. Monica was available 24/7 for anything we wanted. Cons: We stayed there for 5 nights and only got a set of clean towels the first night. No washing machine on premises either. Only one toilet paper roll also. We didnt know we had to buy our own for our stay duration. The house had three beds and was roomy for a family of three. Besides the cons, we enjoyed our stay and will be back if the apt. is not booked.
