i am an attorney at law by profession. The beach house has been a hobby and a passion for the past 30 years ....It is a family heirloom also . The beach is a major destressant . The best vacations are taken down at Mayaro....long walks ....family togetherness....friendly neighbours and villagers....excellent local foods .....fresh fish etc and much much more

Terms & Conditions

Payments are made by wire transfers  to our Account at Republic Bank or by physical payments to the office at Kings Court  Corner Park and Abercombry street Port of Spain. Half of total cost is required to make the booking and to reserve the property. This payment is non refundable . Also a security deposit of $300 TT is payable when the keys are collected. Rules of the House are  required to be signed as well

Small rivers flow into the ocean at intervals The seabreeze is the best in the world....energizing and pure It is simply a combination of beautiful things for a most relaxing

Turtle watching is popular at night under guidance and during season . Seine pulling is popular in the Village or liming at the local Bar. Also some fishing is done from the shoreline

The village was developed when Amoco oil company discovered oil in the Guayaguare area in the early 1900s and persons began getting employment in all sectors . Soon a town sprang up and persons began investing in beachfront properties

I was happy and felt very safe at this house . The caretaker lives directly opposite and they are always moving about and doing things. The neighbours are pleasant and Dar us salaam has a distinct reputation in Mayaro

Best Mayaro vacation ever


This was a definite example of \" stay to get away\". The beach house was very spacious and offered all amenities as well as provided a relaxing environment. Would recommend strongly for working people who wants to get away from the city life. The gazebo was very cosy where you could catch the sea breeze. The house was close to the ocean that you could hear the waves and the beach itself was lovely especially at low tide. The exterior of the house was well lit and very secured. Would be back again!
