Once you decide on our property for your vacation by contacting me through this site, our property manager will send you a rental agreement and collect your deposit via a credit card of your choice.

Come and enjoy our newly remodeled 3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom beach house. Enjoy the opened floor plan on first floor with state of the art appliances in the new kitchen with tall white cabinets and blue Bahia granite. No noisy dishwasher sounds while watching the new 60" flat screen tv in the renovated family room. Plank porcelain tile has been installed on first level that looks like driftwood! New carpet in all bedrooms.
 
Enjoy the extra large deck off the family room featuring a wall to wall sliding glass door system. You now have an expanded beautiful view from the family room of Skull Creek, the marsh and Atlantic Ocean. New leather reclining sofa and chairs for your added comfort!
 
Enjoy Fripp Island's beautiful sunrises and sunsets from our decks while relaxing with a cup of coffee or your favorite night time cocktail! Star gazing is a treat too! The family room porch has a new table which seats 6 for your relaxed dining pleasure. We also just completed screening in this porch with no-see-um screening. Watch the dolphins swim by and enjoy life at As The Crowe's Fly beach house!
 
Enjoy the new dining room table with 8 matching chairs. New beachy china, glasses, pots and pans, blender, Keurig coffee maker, mixing bowls, casserole dishes, cutting boards, and lots of wine and Champers glasses too!! We've owned the property since September 2014, and have tried to outfit it with all you'll need to entertain your friends and family ensuring you have a nice relaxing, memory filled time at Fripp.
 
Bedroom on 1st floor has a flat screen tv with new color scheme and fresh carpet. Bathroom directly outside this bedroom has been completely remodeled with a beautiful new tile shower.
All mattresses have been replaced to make your nights as great as your days while you relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of Fripp Island.

The Master Bedroom has a 17x 12 deck with a teak table and 4 chairs. The ocean and creek views are truly amazing. You can go to sleep listening to the soothing sound of the surf! You can tell we love our little piece of paradise.
 
We can't wait to share our beach house with you and your family! Amenity Cards are needed to access all pools, restaurants, golf courses, tennis courts, fitness club, etc, at Fripp Island. We will provide up to 7 cards!
 
The Cabana Club is just steps away from our vacation rental home. It has 3 pools...an oval pool, lagoon style pool, and the cutest kids pool with a giant green frog to bring lots of smiles and happiness for your little ones. There is an outdoor restaurant called Sandals and Willie's pool side bar.
 
Camp Fripp is right around the corner where adults and children can sign up for fun activities. Beyond that corner is a playground for little ones and also has a sand volleyball court and basketball court.

A complimentary golf cart is provided for a minimum 3 night stay and for weekly rentals. Monthly rentals do not include a golf cart. 
7 Amenity cards are included in our rental! This gives you access to all pools, restaurants, tennis, golf, etc.
Once you choose our home for your vacation, 50% is due upon signing rental agreement. 45 days from your vacation the remainder will be due.

This is our second year staying at this beautiful house and it won\'t be our last. The location is walking distance from the Cabana Club which is perfect for the kids. The view from the back porch is amazing! The interior is very modern and spacious. We have no complaints and definitely recommend this property!

Family vacation at Fripp Island


We were so fortunate to find this great house. The pictures of this house are exactly what you see, remodeled and perfectly decorated but the beautiful views from the two patios are even better in person. With five adults and an active 2 year old there was more than enough room in the living area as well as the spacious bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need as far as dishes and appliances. Most beach rentals I have been in are very limited in what they leave for their guests. We took full advantage of the island amenities; golfing, cabana pool, nature center, long golf cart rides, beach and more. We did experience some issue with the front door key pad, due to the extreme amount of rain during a tropical storm. We notified the owners who were so responsive and within no time maintenance was there to replace the lock. I also want to mention we left our daughters blanket and the owners kindly mailed this back to us, that truly meant a lot to us! Thank you so much for letting us stay and we look forward to booking again soon.

As The Crowes Fly is an Awesome Place


The owners are terrific. They are proud of their property and they are unbelievable in responding to the needs of the guests. The location of this house is ideal as it is just a short walk to the Cabana pool and has great views from the back side of the house. The furniture was very nice and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The dishwasher is very quiet and they even have a crock pot in the kitchen which made my wife very happy. The outdoor grill was almost new and the grilling utensils were first class. In short this place is great and we will definitely stay there again when we head back down to the island.

Perfect house for relaxing!


This house was perfect for our group of five! We had plenty of space to spread out. Some of our favorite aspects of the house include the sofa with push-button recliners, the well-appointed kitchen, and the DECKS! Every meal we ate at the house was on the main deck off the living room--perfect for catching the ocean breezes! Lots of time was also spent there reading and watching sunsets. Having the golf cart included was great, and it made it so easy to get around the island! The beach was a quick trip in the golf cart, and there are plenty of beach access points on the island. The property was clean and well maintained. The owners were very helpful in answering any and all questions I had quickly. Overall, we loved this house and we hope to return soon!

Peaceful and Refreshing Stay


I absolutely fell in love with this house! Our family (two adults, a pre-teen and senior citizen) recently spent a (too short!) four-day weekend on Fripp Island. The boys (dad and son) enjoyed exploring the island on the golf cart while I spent hours reading in a rocking chair on the enclosed porch. The views from the porches - one on the main living level and another from the master suite on the top level - was amazing, and the fresh ocean breezes were refreshing. It was very quiet - except for the birds and sound of the ocean waves - and this was just perfect in my book and provided the calming respite I was seeking. The house has been newly and tastefully remodeled. The family room furniture is comfortable - and we loved having the 60-inch TV to watch our beloved MSU Spartans win the Big 10 championship! - the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well-stocked (loved having the Keurig!), the bathroom towels are luxurious, and the deep Jacuzzi tub was so nice to sink into at the end of the day. Having the washer and dryer on the second floor near the bedrooms was a nice touch. When visiting, be sure to eat at least once at the Johnson Tavern, and if you have the chance, plan a day trip to historical Beaufort. No matter how many times I visit there, I always look forward to soaking up the history, lounging in a swing on the waterfront and enjoying the ambience of the quaint shops and restaurants. While on the island, there are many options available, ranging from golfing to bicycling to walking to water activities. An additional bonus for guests staying at 24 Sea Mist is that the Cabana Club is less than a five-minute walk away (outdoor heated pool). This vacation rental is a perfect retreat for families, couples or small groups of friends.

Beautiful home with plenty of amenities!


Loved this house ... located in a quiet area very close to pools and golf. Kitchen was well-stocked with Keurig, pots / pans and dishes, utensils, etc. We enjoyed cooking shrimp and scallops on the grill, and had a 1/2 bushel of crabs we steamed and ate on the back porch. Golf cart made travel around the island easy and fun. We thoroughly enjoyed golfing on both courses - the alligators and deer were fun to see. We had good sandwiches at both courses, and enjoyed a meal at the Bonita Boathouse. Off the island, we enjoyed dinner at Johnson Creek Tavern. Thanks to Paulette for sharing your home and being responsive to our needs. PROS - Location, comfortable, fully-stocked kitchen, wifi. CONS - Porch is not private as the neighbors are right next door.

Perfect for a family getaway by the ocean!


We had never been to Fripp Island before and we lucked out with renting this home. We have two young daughters and the space was perfect for our family - open concept first floor with beautiful wood tile flooring, modern kitchen with everything you need to cook, great size rooms with comfortable beds, and plenty of deck space to enjoy the gorgeous view. We loved watching the deer, dolphins and birds from the screened in back porch while having breakfast and dinner. Plus, the home is located just down the street from the Cabana Club and Nature Center/Camp Fripp which was ideal for families with young children. Overall, the house had a great ambience and the owners are wonderful. If we visit Fripp again in the future, we would love to rent this home again with our family and friends.

Loved this home and location!


We have stayed many places on Fripp and this one is a new favorite. The wall of windows in the living room and both porches (off the living room and master bedroom) offer spectacular views of the inlet and nice breezes. This allowed for more \"outside\" time and enjoyment of Fripp\'s unique beauty even when home. The home itself is very clean and comfortable! The kitchen is well-stocked, the reclining leather sofa was a treat, and the beds and pillows were comfy. (This is a refreshing departure from some other island homes filled with cheap furnishings and tacky beach decor.) An updated master bathroom and a pancake griddle would make this house perfect, but as is, it is a gem!! Thanks to the owners for providing a quality home in such a great setting!
