Enjoy beautiful new furnishings, a luxury kitchen with stainless appliances and a gas stove, New 40" HD LCD, Fast WIFI, towels, beach towels, easy street parking. It was amazing for my fist time going to Miami wish it was a lil close to south beach but overall didn't have an issue the owners were very helpful if I need them I'll definitely recommend it to anyone. Nice apartment, but parking is on the street. Short drive to south beach. Neighborhood seemed a little tough.

GREAT STAY


I enjoyed staying there. There was everything that you needed. Owners were very nice and accommodating. My only thing was that the toilet and refrigerator could have been cleaned a little more. Besides that our stay was GREAT! I would definitely rent again and would definitely recommend. Also I read previous comments from renters saying that they didn\'t feel safe in the neighborhood, I would have to disagree. We actually walked to and from the convenient stores. And the off street parking was not a problem. Thank you to the owners for a great stay! PS, that shower is GREAT!! :)

The property was very clean. The neighborhood is in a lower income bracket. The property owners were nice, and they live next door. I was disappointed when we asked about clean towels, used the roll of toilet paper and trash bag and asked for more, she was going to charge us for more.

Wonderful Place


The house is actually better than the pictures and the pictures do look real nice. It was quite comfortable and spacious and the kitchen had the appliances you generally use at your own home too. It was clean and modern, we were able to go to nearby places like the Miami Seaquarium and Miami Beach. There are a lot of nearby shops including restaurants and supermarkets. My girlfriend had a nice time and loved it as well, we are glad we found that house!

The house is in excellent condition: everything clean, spotless. It looks brand new, brand new. Bathroom, towels, bed linen, all very neat. Air conditioning, which works great! The area is safe, quiet, not far from downtown Miami (25 \'walk). Fluent and optimal communication with the owners (Danny and Ileana). I made a good choice. I\'ll do it again. I would not hesitate to recommend this place 100%.
