Awesome house for a family gathering!


We rented this house for a family vacation week with our son, who lives in Berkeley. Four adults and two eight year olds (plus my son and his girlfriend most times) shared this space most successfully and we had loads of space. Three roomy bedrooms, great quality air beds, two full baths, lots of towels, comfy living room and huge dining table which we enjoyed to the fullest. This place is fully equipped with kitchen utensils/equipment, spices, towels, etc plus a lovely deck with lots of chairs, a grill and picnic table (evening sun). Laundry facilities & soap provided. AND did I mention it was spotless! Very clean, fresh and bright. The owner, Jeremy, briefly introduced himself when we arrived and said to let him know if we needed anything. Didn\'t see him after but was easy to reach at any time. Groceries, public swimming, BART, and restaurants all relatively close. We loved this place & would rent again if we found ourselves needing extra space again in future for a family vacation.

Wonderful house in a perfect neighborhood


We had a great stay at Jeremy\'s house. There were 8 of us in town for a family wedding and the house was perfect for our needs. The neighborhood is amazing - quiet, friendly neighbors, and located just blocks away from groceries, coffee, restaurants, etc. We walked everywhere. The house itself is lovely - very well laid out for a group stay and stocked with everything you need (although more towels would be nice - there is tons of extra bedding but no extra towels. Jeremy was nice enough to bring us a few more). The only other suggestion I would make is to de-clutter the closets and cabinets - they are a bit of a jumble. This is a small thing and certainly wouldn\'t keep us from renting again. We loved sitting on the back deck or on the front porch and watching all of the walkers, runners, cyclists go by. I would live in this neighborhood if I could! Thanks Jeremy!

Great Berkeley home


Wonderful cozy home in North Berkeley. We used to live in Berkeley, on the north side closer to campus (this is not close but still walkable), and couldn\'t have asked for a better place to feel like we were home again. Kitchen had everything we needed and then some, the deck was amazing, the front garden pretty, and the owner was easy to communicate with and very quick to respond. Will stay here every time we come back to Berkeley if we can manage to get this place!

Excellent Home in Berekely! 5 out 5 stars.


We stayed at Jeremy\'s house for our son\'s MBA graduation. It could not have been a better place to stay. The kitchen and dining room are one big room, with a dining table for 12 people. We used it multiple times. The bedroom set up was great as our party had ages 7 months to 90 years. When our 6 month grandson needed a nap, back in the second bedroom he would go, and our daughter could join the rest of us. We had a catered supper Saturday night. Between the back deck and dining room, there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked with a great variety of cooking tools, even included a large crock pot so our daughter could slow cook Chile for everyone Friday night after graduation. Jeremy was out of town, but was very available via text, and when we had a question, he responded almost immediately. There is plenty of parking on the street. The house is bright, cheery, up to date and very clean. I would recommend this house to everyone staying in Berkeley.
