We Have A Beautiful Rooftop Patio With An Outdoor Kitchen And A Great View Of Land's End. It's The Perfect Place To Sit With A Glass Of Wine And Watch The Sunset.
 
Rental Includes Use Of Our Fully Insured 2006 Chevy Uplander.  It Has Air Conditioning And Auto-Start (So You Can Get The A/C Going And The Car Cooled Down Before You Get In). Seats 7. 
 
The House Has A Full Kitchen And A Laundry Room.
 
The Two Guest Bedrooms Are Good-Sized And They Have A Connecting Bathroom. Both Beds Have Extra Pillow-Top Mattresses And Both Beds Are Very Comfortable. (One Queen Bed In Each Bedroom.)  (The Villa Actually Has Three Bedrooms, But The Master Bedroom Is Off Limits.)
 
We Have Good/Strong Internet Service. The TV Is A Smart TV. So, If You Have Netflix, Hulu, Dish Or Any Online Programming, You Can Watch It On The TV. (No Cable Or Satellite.)
 
The Entire House Has A Water Treatment System, Plus An Extra Water Treatment System In The Kitchen, So All Water Is Clean.
 
The Community Has A Very Nice Pool, Which Is Accessible To Our Guests. We Have Pool Noodles, A Cooler And A Couple Of Beach Chairs For The Use Of Our Guests. We Also Have His/Hers Right-Handed Callaway Golf Clubs For The Use Of Our Guests.
 
Our Neighborhood (Maranata) Is In The Tezal Area (Between Costco And Walmart). The Community Is Walled And Is Protected By A Security Gate And Security Cameras.
 
It's About A Five Minute Drive To Medano Beach/Downtown Cabo San Lucas.
 
I Also Have An Extensive List Of Restaurants And Things To Do That I Have Developed Over My 29 Years Of Going To Cabo. I Can Email It To You If You'd Like.
 
Also, We Have A Driver Who Can Pick You Up At The Airport/Bring You To Our House And Take You Back To The Airport. Cadillac Escalade Or Similar Vehicle. Private Transport. (No Waiting For Other People Or Stopping At Other Resorts To Drop People Off.) He Charges $70 Each Direction. (Cheaper And Way Better Than A Taxi!)

Absolutely Wonderful!


Absolutely wonderful!  From the moment we drove in to the Maranata complex, we knew we were going to enjoy our stay.  We stayed a week and had everything we needed for a fantastic vacation. The house is sparkling clean and fully equipped for cooking (when you’re not out enjoying one of the many fine dining restaurants in town). Watching the sunset over Land's End from the rooftop terrace is magical.  The owners have a binder filled with detailed information about the house and Cabo.  The location is excellent. Costco and Walmart are both close by to stock up on everything you need.  The vehicle provided makes it easy to get around and it’s just a few minutes drive into the downtown area and beaches. The swimming pool is just steps away from the front door.  Whether it’s your first or 25th time in Cabo, you will definitely enjoy Maranata 9.  We plan on staying there whenever we are in Cabo.

Fantastic!


We stayed at the Thune’s house for 4 nights in February. It was fantastic. The location is perfect. The guest room that we stayed in was clean, comfortable and quiet with a queen size bed, dresser and nightstand. The attached bathroom was spacious with a huge shower and plenty of counter space. The room also had AC, although we mostly just used the ceiling fan. The kitchen was clean with modern appliances, granite counters and was well stocked. The living space is upstairs with a wonderful attached terrace perfect for morning coffee. The rooftop terrace is the crown jewel. A covered pergola for shade, bbq island and plenty of seating with a view to die for, Land’s End. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet with a beautiful palapa and a gorgeous pool. There is even an outdoor refrigerator to keep beverages cold. The house is located in El Tezal which is a quick 5 minute drive to everything-the beach, shopping, and downtown. I would highly recommend their house as a place to stay while in Cabo San Lucas.

Absolutely perfect


We rented this condo and it was absolutely perfect. Spacious. Has a roof terrace which is perfect for winding down with wine plus a view of the arches. Community pool within walking distance. Debra knows Cabo in and out and can help you plan the perfect vacation. I would definitely rent again.
