Robin was so helpful to me and my family! We booked another condo that didn\'t end up happening due to Cabo Villas being booked! She took time out of her day to help my family try and find another place to stay! BEST IN THE BUSINESS

Robin was a great help I got dropped from my conformation and needed a last minute stay during spring break in March. Robin was able to find me multiple deals and great stays at good prices. She has so much knowledge on the island and connections with car rentals, activities even if you are not able to get a rental with her she is a person to ask anything Cabo related .

Luxurious Beach Ocean View with Jacuzzi!! New Years in Cabo!

We stayed for 7 nights in a beautiful Bayview 1 Bedroom Executive suite on the 5th floor end unit of the building. Spacious living area and bedroom/bathroom we did not want to leave! We celebrated New Years in our Jacuzzi with the Fireworks! Amazing Would go back in a heartbeat!!

Amazing vacation

I loved staying Cabo Villas so much that we will be making this a regular trip. We were so happy with everything. I loved the food, the atmosphere, the people and the weather! Everybody is so friendly and helpful. The place is clean and they even have a small market for sundries.

Robin is Fantastic!!

I reached out to Robin through VRBO (as well as several others to find multiple options) and she was by far the best of them all! We ended up being able to get our first choice in our parents time share at Club Cascadas, but she spent quite a bit of time and effort trying to find something that would work perfectly for our family. I can\'t begin to tell you how impressed I am with her communication and efforts. Next time we go to Cabo Robin will be my first call!

Cabo villas rental

We really enjoyed our stay there the resort is very nice and very close to the port. Where you can walk and have dinner by the boats. The resort did not have many activities for the kids though but still they managed to enjoy there time and meet other kids at the pool. the beach is beautiful but gets kind of annoying sometime with the people trying to sell you stuff. the villa was wonderful overlooking the beach and we had a hot tub on the balcony. The kids enjoyed it a lot.

Best location in the best Penthouse Right on Medano Beach

obin, We had a great time in Cabo and really enjoyed the Penthouse suite and location of the place. It made it easy to get around and explore. The location was great and so close to everything we did not have to rent a car or use taxis. We did take a water taxi out around the tip of the Baja, and to the beach. That was really fun! Our planes were right on time even though the weather in Portland when we left was very snowy and slick. I did have some problems with the pictures that I took of the place. Somehow they were deleted or were never on there. I was using my son in-laws camera and was not as familiar with it. I am so sorry that I don\'t have pictures to share. The booking was a breeze with your help. Everything you said was right on and your knowledge of Cabo was very helpful. Since we were dealing with an owner for the first time and not the resort, we were a little a bit uncomfortable until the hotel sent the conformation in our name. As a bonus, because we were not dealing with the resort directly we knew exactly which suite we would get and were treated like owners. No one bothered us to attend any presentations. You did a masterful job of providing us with wonderful memories. We highly recommend you to anyone that lucks into you listings. BTW I found out you saved us many hundreds of dollars by dealing directly with owners. Thank you again for sharing your place with us. It made for a great vacation for all of us.

Outstanding Customer Service and Knowledge

I did not stay at the property, but Robin did help me tremendously. She was the only person I contacted on VRBO who called me. She was proactive in looking for different options for me and was prompt and thorough in her communication. Even though I ended up at a different property (her units were full for my dates), she still provided me with tips about the airport shuttle and all inclusive food options. I recommend working with Robin and will seek her out next time we are booking a trip to Cabo.

Valentine's Day in Cabo

My wife and I were able to enjoy our anniversary at our favorite place to stay in Cabo. Great accommodations, especially liked the easy access to the pools, beaches, restaurants and activities. Everything was as advertised and would highly recommend working with Robin for any trips to Cabo. We plan to return next year to do more snorkling, whale watching and evening cruises in the harbor. We will definitely be calling Robin to help with our travel plans.

This was our second stay at Cabo Villas/Bayview Suites it is a perfect location right on the beach next to Billygan\'s Island bar and grill, The Office and Mango Deck, a short walk to the Marina and town where there is a high end Mall and various restaurants, bars and shops. Cabo Villas/Bayview Suites accomodations are first class from the rooms, bars, restaurants and staff. Beautiful views from rooms or the beach of El Arco rock formations, the bay and observing the cruise ships that anchor every few days. We just got back on 1-12-13 and are planning on returning next year. The only negative thing I could say is that the resorts wireless internet is the worst I have ever encountered, totally unreliable and complicated to use and does not stay connected you must log in everytime you want to use it and hope it works, every device must have a seperate log in and password I personally spent hours of my vacation trying to work with the staff to get it working at least every other day. Everytime I visited the office there were other guests in their with the same wireless internet problem. They would be so much further ahead to provide for free a simple wifi hotspot just like they have in the Cantina bar which is where we had to go if you needed fast reliable service. Maybe it is new if so they need to work the bugs out. When it works the phone free and text free to the USA are nice features if they can get it to work properly and be more user friendly. Internet access is very important to our group and if they don\'t fix this problem that would be the reason we won\'t return, if they do have one the works properly we will return often.
