Sleeps: 4The best way to describe an Efficiency is to think of a standard size motel room – now add to that a full size kitchen, normal size bathroom, and your own private balcony. Inside the ONE room is a queen bed and queen hide-a-bed sofa (side by side). So, the unit will sleep 2 adults and 2 children tightly and is the budget-friendly way to enjoy a beach vacation. However, we do not typically recommend these units for 4 adults or families with older children simply because of the lack of privacy and space. Includes a limited side-view of the beach from the unit’s balcony.
Sugar Beach is an economical, family-oriented Orange Beach condominium complex. One of the areas most popular vacation destinations, Sugar Beach features four pools, a tennis court, covered parking and a large beach! Sugar Shack has also returned!
There is a minimum $30 deposit required at the time reservations are made. An 11% Loging Tax, $20 Parking Pass, and $105 Cleaning Fee applies to each rental. The complete balance is due one month prior to check-in. Specials are not available during peak seasons or special weekends.
