You will find three buildings in this gated, secure community with every unit a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico, a lagoon right outside the balcony and a private sun deck (50 x 25) with views both to the north lagoon and to a deep water canal. Wild life, manatee, porpoise, sea birds can be observed from both locations. Beyond the lagoon is a walking trail where you can catch fish (redfish, snapper, snook and much more)
 
Gulf Island is close to shopping centers, just a mile off US 19, making for a quiet, peaceful setting. Great restaurants abound in the area, some without even going out to 19. A family beach is within two miles and a private beach is expected to be refurbished by the first of the year. Tennis courts are on location. Golf courses are plentiful in the area with two within 10 miles.
 
Tampa International Airport is less than an hour away. The beautiful beaches of Clearwater and St. Petersburg are within an hour and a half drive.
 
You will have underground, covered parking with a short walk to the elevator, a beautiful clubhouse, gym access for both weight lifting and cardio equipment, game rooms and library, Wi-Fi and tv in both living room and bedroom.

Just like being at home!


We stayed in this condo in April 2017, and it is everything that it is advertised to be in the write ups. We loved it! Everything that you need is there and more. There was even salt and pepper and spices available for cooking. We used the charcoal BBQ for steaks one night. The charcoal and fluid were even available. We brought our little dog with us as it is a pet friendly unit. One would never know there were pets staying there as the place is so clean and fresh. We saw dolphins every day. The wifi reception was amazing (best in state for us) I would recommend this condo for anyone wishing for a quiet and peaceful vacation.

Great Holiday with an awesome Gulf view!


We love this condo! We stayed last year, and will be back again for sure. We love the Gulf view, and seeing the dolphins in the bay. There are fun restaurants close by like Sam\'s Bar... with amazing sunset views. Also, \"Get Hooked\" has great food and entertainment on weekends.

We stayed at this condo for the month of Feb 2017 and enjoyed every moment we were there .. there are no words to explain how peaceful it is. Condo is equipped with everything one needs, it is like moving from one home to the next. Views of dolphins, manatees. ducks, cranes and sea hawks are all part of your day. You can spend the whole day looking out at the water and never be bored. Lots of places to walk and enjoy nature. Condo is very secured in a gated community. We enjoyed our stay and thanks to Maureen for letting us stay in her peace of heaven for a month.

WOW! Best Vacation Ever!!!


My husband and I stayed at Maureen\'s Penthouse Condo, and we can\'t say enough about how great it was! Her place was decorated beautifully, and the views were spectacular. At night you could see a million stars and by day dolphins jumping in the Bay. The pool was awesome, surrounded by palm trees, and at night you could see the sunset poolside. We used Maureen\'s kayaks in bay and saw lots of beautiful birds and enormous fish jumping all around us. Maureen responded quickly when we needed anything, and even came by to meet us & showed us personally where to get the kayaks. We loved Sam\'s Bar & Get Hooked, the Restaurants real close by. We added an extra 3 days to our vacation, and would have stayed longer if Maureen\'s place wasn\'t booked. It was a nice quiet getaway. It is a wonderful place for couples & families. The property was very clean and well-maintained. We will be back again for sure!

Clean , secure, all the things promised and more..we just got home and can\'t wait to return..extremely nice curtious people, close to shops and resturaunts. Rental is exactly as in pics and more. We were very empresses.Thank You Maureen for sharing your little piece of Paradise with us!

PERFECT Vacation Spot for Us!


My husband and I enjoyed a relaxing, sunny week in Hudson at this well maintained Penthouse Condo! We appreciated the security of the lovely gated community which has access to the gulf, the canal and an inviting nature trail. Although there is a small well kept beach on the grounds,we preferred relaxing by the pool or watching dolphins from one of our two private balconies! Maureen was a most gracious host and went out of her way to help us feel welcomed and familiar with the condo, the covered parking and the clubhouse. Quiet surroundings ensured we got plenty of R&R. We found many delightful dining options nearby from casual to upscale, as well as several nearby grocery stores. Easy drive to Tarpon Springs for a day trip. Our first visit to Hudson will definitely not be our last!!

My husband and I spent a long weekend at this lovely condo in Hudson. This secure and well maintained community sits out into the gulf in a natural setting. We enjoyed the private nature trail, beach, relaxing on the balcony, and all the comforts of home. We are booking this rental for a longer stay later in the season. Nearby, Sam\'s Beach Bar has great food and music.
