Home is in a quiet location far from traffic noise. Guests that own boats can keep them in the water, tied up to the dock. Then cruise out and explore Charlotte Harbor, various local islands and out into the gulf!

About the area

The property is located with access to Charlotte Harbor, where boaters can fish and explore to their hearts content. Those without boats will still have plenty to do in the surrounding area. Fisherman's Pier is in Punta Gorda, just across the Peace River. There are restaurants and shopping on the pier, and more shops and restaurants in Punta Gorda, which was the historic center of sponge divers in the early 20th Century. In the area around our home are all the stores and shops you are familiar with, including Publix grocery, Home Depot, Walmart, etc. etc. Every kind of dining is within 20 minutes, from fresh seafood to steaks, Thai to Mexican.

Deposits: A $250 - $500 (depending on duration) damage/cleaning deposit is due at time of booking.  The deposit will be returned minus the cleaning fee ($100.00), and any damage repair or excessive cleanup fees, within 30 days after the end of the booking.
Payment Options: Cashier's Check,  Money Order,  Personal Check
Other Fees: A pet deposit of $200 is required at the time of the booking. This deposit is returned within 30 days after the end of the booking as long as there is no pet damage.

“Fantastic”


Totally enjoyed my stay in the home. House was very clean and comfortable. Pool was very well maintained and it was great fishing from the backyard dock. Surrounding neighbors were nice. Even though it was kind of a last minute decision to rent the home, the owner was very helpful. Would definitely consider renting the home on my next visit.

“GREAT PLACE TO STAY”


My husband and myself stayed at this property, it was great! We even extended our stay for 4 days, the weather was great 70\'s and 80\'s and it only rained 1 night. We would definitely go back. All the comforts of home. I have a bad back and have to worry about beds but the master suite bed was great no problems at all.

“Very nice home”


Beautiful and spacious. Close to shopping and water. Clean and comfortable. And pet friendly too. I definately would like to rent again. Really the only complaint I have is the livingroom furniture was very uncomfortable to sit on, but since we were too busy to sit very long, it didn\'t much matter. The rest of the home is very nice, spacious rooms. Quiet respectable neighborhood.

“Comfortable!”


Very pleased from first contact with the owner until checkout. This house is super nice and super comfortable! Very well supplied also. The kitchen and master bath were beautiful. The master bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Very short boat ride out to charlotte harbor. Very nice pool and lots of comfortable pool furniture. The owner was very easy to reach by phone and kept us well informed. He also left us maps we could use to assist with boating and fishing. Would definatly go back!
