HONDURAS: Beautiful 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom house that has a total area of 3600 square feet under A/C. This house gives you the room you need to all be together and the space you need to be apart. The undercover lanai area is 650 square feet with a dining area that seats 10 and a relaxing area with comfy seating and a 48" TV. There is also a gas grill and pass through window to the kitchen. The pool area is 1500 square feet and is screened in. There is a fence between the undercover lanai area and the pool area. This is very helpful when trying to keep children and pets away from the pool area. All of the 7 sliding glass doors also have additional locks for safety. The heated pool is 30' x 13' and there are lounge chairs and another smaller dining area by the pool. The back yard has fencing on the property lines and a large dock. The boat lift will handle 16K and is available if requested at the time of booking. We have 5 minute direct access to Marco River which makes this a boaters paradise.
