The Gribbles (owners) made the process so simple everything was explained quite well. The big surprise was when we arrived the pictures didn\'t do the place justice- the condo was much nicer than we expected. The decor was so well done you could see they hoped to retire there one day.the kitchen was well stocked, plenty of linens and towels. Bathrooms were well stocked. But my favorite spot was the lanai it overlooked a pond the view was just pond and trees on the other side no houses or views of other condos. The place was nice and clean. Wouldn\'t mind living there full time.
The condo was more then we expected! Clean, nicely furnished. It was great to have a washer/dryer in the condo.So many towels available . We spent many hours on the lanai over looking a nice stocked lake. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect after a long day. All he people at the condo were very friendly and helpful. It was close to everything! Nice and quiet too. Look forward to doing it again.
The owners were wonderful to deal with. Responded to all correspondences quickly. The condo was spacious and remarkably clean. Very fair price. Close to gorgeous beaches and in a nice area. We had a fantastic trip and hope to visit again soon!

It is in a great area that is quiet and very safe. We were able to walk to a Publix and Target to get any items we needed. It is also close to the Tanger outlet mall. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The dishes were a bit dirty and needed a good cleaning after we arrived. The other residents in the development were very friendly and helpful. Overall I would definitely recommend this place as it is good value for the price.

My wife daughter and I rented our condo on Bellamar Circle for one week in late January, 2012. It was easy to book online and the owners were very accommodating. On arrival we found our condo to be neat and tidy. Everything we needed for our stay such as bath towels, kitchen utensils, cutlery was also clean and in good condition. However, there were a few small problems. Firstly the neighbors liked their music really, really loud which was a bit annoying. Secondly, one of the smoke detectors woke us up at 3 AM when it started beeping about once a minute. We had to get up on the ladder and change the battery. Those problems aside, we definitely enjoyed our stay and will be going the \"rent a condo\'\" route next time we travel to Florida.
